A deposit of 1000 is required when check in for any damage inside the villa, which will be restored upon check out after verification of the house. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are included only when check in. In case of need to change them or add others it will be possible and will have an additional cost. The cost of electricity is included up to 100KWH / week, excess consumption will be charged at check out under the rate of 0.35 / KWH. Check Out must be done WITHIN AND NOT AFTER 10:00 am. Sheets and towels will not be changed, you can request a change of sheets for a fee; the linen is rented therefore it is FORBIDDEN to wash bed sheets and towels, a penalty will be charged if it is ruined. It is strictly forbidden to enter external people who have not been identified at check in through an identity document. SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in all common areas and inside the rooms. It is allowed only in rooms with balcony or terrace, ONLY outside. In case of damage to the rooms, a compensation will be requested. The kitchen must be left tidy, otherwise 100 will be required for extra cleaning. The cost of electricity is 0.35 / Kwh which will be deducted from the security deposit. ENVIRONMENT Separate collection in the city of Piedimonte is mandatory. We ask you to separate plastic, glass and paper. At the entrance you will find the bins where to throw the various waste.
