“Host did not send check in information on time. Property has been smoked in despite claiming Non-Smoking. The washroom stinks. The unit needs to be removed from listings for inaccurate description. Host was difficult to communicate with and refused to provide more than 2 toilet paper rolls for a 2 night stay. The bed was terrible and separated, creating a gap in between and a safety hazard. I will be reporting to safety authorities in Italy. Don’t book here. Overpriced and not friendly hosts....

“The staff was extraordinarily helpful. We had friends that were coming for a late check-in. The staff said not to worry they would stay until they got there and they did. Loved the room and where the hotel was located. It was close to good shopping and better restaurants. Highly recommend”
