“This property is right on Lake Orta and a short walk to the main Piazza in Orta San Giulio. The lake is absolutely beautiful, and the property is spacious and great for a family. We were 6 family members ranging from a toddler old to mid-70's. The house was perfect for us. Francesca, our host, greeted us at the property and showed us around the house. She also left useful information for us.Visitors need to be aware that the nearest supermarket is in Pettenasco which is a few kilometers down...

“We spend one week in summer in this house. The location with a private beach and view to the islands is stunning. So fare for the positive sides. The house had a broken aircondition and the main road around the lake is just 10m away. With close to 30 degree at night, we had to open the windows and were not able to sleep during any night. The feedback from the agency was that the house is not offered with aircondition (which you expect from a house at this price in Italy in summer). The garden...

“Met de temperatuur tijdens ons verblijf was het ideaal dat het huis airco had. Ook de propellers op de slaapkamers hielpen mee het huis aangenaam te houden. Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad, in een huis van alle gemakken voorzien! Karen Aldridge is een zeer aardige gastvrouw, die klaarstaat met heel veel tips over de omgeving. We hebben genoten! Communicatie ging een beetje in het Italiaans en heel goed in 't Engels.”
