This charming property on the quiet hilltop of Strettoia is the ideal base from which to explore the Tuscan countryside and the beautiful nearby towns. The villa has been completely renovated, it is isolated and independent, only 6 km from the renowned beaches of Forte dei Marmi, in a panoramic position with sea view where you can sunbathe and relax in the round pool with whirlpool or enjoy an open meal on the veranda offering the same impassable view.

This fascinating house is on the hill of Strettoia and it is perfect to start exploring Tuscany and its cities. The house is secluded and independent, you can reach Forte dei Marmi in just ten minutes (6km). The house has a pool in the garden, a veranda and it also presents a stunning view. It is perfect for families that love quiet and nature.

THE HOUSE / THE HOUSE
The villa is composed of two levels, furnished with sober elegance and equipped with modern functionality.

Inside you will find wooden floors, mosaic bathrooms with large masonry shower cabins with crystal doors, air conditioning in the three bedrooms, bright and comfortable rooms, all with sea view.

On the ground floor there is the living room and open plan kitchen plus a double bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom with a large shower and a boiler room equipped with washing machine and shower, all equipped with large windows that allow not only to make the bright home but to enjoy panoramic views even from the inside. On the one side of the room there is a sofa for 3 places satellite TV and a small desk where you can write your postcards, while on the other side there is the fully Tuscan style kitchen in the center there is a natural stone worktop a wooden table for 6 people, features a 4-burner induction hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment dishwasher and a solid white Carrara marble sink. The kitchen overlooks the pool (6m in diameter and 1.70m in depth). The pool area has two sun loungers and two chairs on the sundeck; while from the living room and the master bedroom you can go out on the large veranda where you will find wicker sofas and armchairs with a smoking table to enjoy an aperitif at sunset and wanting to continue your dinner outside on the comfortable table near the barbecue.

On the first floor instead there are two double bedrooms the shabby chic furnishings of the bed and wardrobes will make you feel at home, both have air conditioning and their own bathroom with shower (a shower is equipped with Jacuzzi).

Big windows illuminate the house and show a stunning view. In the living room you will find a sofa for three, a sat TV and a small escritoire where you will write your postcards. The kitchen is in Tuscan style and it is made up of a work surface with a stone shelf and a wooden table for six, four burbers induction hobs, a microwave oven, an electric oven, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwashing machine and a sink made of Carrara Marble. The kitchen gives onto the pool. (pool = 6mt diameter 1,70mt height). Near the pool you will find two sun beds, two beach chairs and two chairs. The living room gives onto the veranda where you will find wicker sofas and chairs and also a small table; this area is perfect for an aperitif at the sunset, and if you want you will have the opportunity to enjoy a dinner in the garden sitting at the table near the barbecue. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms in shabby chic style. Air conditioning and a shower stall. One of the shower stalls is equipped with a Jacuzzi.

For exclusive use of the guests there are equipped and illuminated outdoor spaces and several parking spaces in the private parking of the villa. Guests can enjoy the entire home in its entirety.

The house can not be reached by public transport, therefore it is necessary to have a car to move freely.
During your stay, we will take care of the cleanliness of the pool and the vegetation, agreeing with you for the slightest disturbance.

Security deposit to be paid in cash at check in of Euro 500, to rest on which out in the absence of damage.
