“Really good location if you want to stay near to Montecarlo (10 min walk in, with lights and a footpath). Heating/AC worked very well. Pool was very clean and terrace it is positioned on has a very nice view looking up towards Montecarlo. Restaurant food was also very nice. It's a working vineyard, and we saw deliveries of their wine to restaurants nearby and them pick the grapes. ONLY downside is the Jacuzzi/Hot tub.
