“We are a family of 5 (3 kids). We got a very nice room with a wonderful balcony, in which we were happy to sit and eat (all 5 of us). Cristiano (the owner) is a super host - he was so helpful in giving us any information we needed, especially about celiac (they have celiac in the family so he was happy to share his useful knowledge). “Check in was quick and easy and not far from this property. There is no front desk at the property as it is an apartment building, but the affiliated hotel where you check in is very close by. The apartment was comfortable and had all the amenities needed for my stay. It was close to the grocery store restaurants and the waterfront so very easy to navigate. Beautiful views and great area!”

“Sehr schön zentral in Tignale - Gardola gelegenes Appartement. Der Parkplatz war etwas weiter weg (Max. 5 Min. zu Fuß) aber dafür überdacht und mit einem Tor. Frühstück haben wir trotz voll ausgestatteter Küche im Apollo XI eingenommen, weil es wirklich gut war! Pool war nicht zu voll. Miniclub-Betreuung ist auch empfehlenswert. ”

“It’s just like an apartment, there is nothing like hotel or hostel in it. There is no one in reception after 8 pm and all the gates were closed even the outer main gate after 10 pm. They give me a bunch of keys containing my room key, apartment main door key and main gate code. When I came to hotel at 11 pm and start opening all these doors it took long time as some of the keys were old and don’t work properly. “Das Hotel liegt oben auf dem Berg in Tignale. D.h. wer Probleme mit Serpentinen hat, sollte sich auf eine etwas anstrengendere Anreise vorbereiten. Der Ausblick vom Hotel über den Gardasee entschädigt für jede Strapaze während der Anreise. Unser Apartment war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet (Küche mit Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd, Sandwichmaker, etc.). Wir haben sehr gut in den Betten geschlafen. “Malcesine hat uns gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war top. Stefania Barzoi ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider wurde auf der Sonnenterrasse geangelt, sodass wir diese nur eingeschränkt nutzen konnten. Der Zugang zum See war meistens blockiert und die Sonnenliegen morgens früh mit Handtüchern reserviert. Wir möchten gerne nochmal wiederkommen. Wir würden dann aber die Wohnung in der dritten Etage mit eigener Terrasse bevorzugen.”
