Great place to stay! Plenty of room. Very nice floor plan and furnishings. Close to town, but the feel of the mountains. One of our favorite getaways ever.

Loved the location and the cabin itself! House instructions were so helpful and easy to follow. There were also several games and we enjoyed teaching our son how to play Pool. We did not give 5 stars due to the lack of resources (towels, coffee, toiletries, etc.).

Our cabin was great! Very clean! Only problem was our neighbors had show cars and came home at night revving up their cars at 1:30- 3:30 am. Woke us up M-Wed night. Very Loud!! Also made us feel a little unsafe. Multiple cars. Cabin very convenient to main road in pigeon Forge. Loved the multiple decks.

We have rented this cabin for several years, and have never been disappointed! It is always spotlessly clean, quiet and well-maintained. It is obvious that the owners care a great deal about visitor comfort. The location is also perfect! It is only 3 minutes from the Parkway. We are looking forward to staying at Moose Tracks again next year!

Piegon Forge Summer Family Trip

The cabin was very clean and the check in was seamless and easy. We were able to get our code to the cabin the day of check in, and when we got there a bit early, we were able to bypass the cleaning inspection to get in early.My only minor complaints were that the master bedroom bed was extremely firm. I understand that is a personal preference, so some may like a firm mattress, but this felt like sleeping on plywood. The other beds did not seem that firm, but I did struggle at night to get good rest.Also, my teenage daughters, who shared the main level bedroom complained about the small mirror in the bathroom to get ready in the mornings. I have to admit, it was pretty small compared to the wall space for a potentially larger one.We did have bears come one night and turn over the very heavy trash bin on the deck. While we were careful with making sure the trash was put away, they somehow how the strength to overturn the wooden trash bin and spread our trash everywhere. We cleaned it up the next day and were extra careful with our disposal afterwards, but it shocked us… I blamed it on my amazing cooking and the leftovers they must have smelled. :)Overall, our experience was great. This cabin doesn’t give you any amazing views, but we felt safe and secure. The parking was a bit of an obstacle when the other 2 cabins close by were at full capacity and had larger vehicles parking too, but we made it work.I wound definitely recommend Moose Tracks!

Spacious Cabin in a Great Location

First off we really liked this place and would stay again. Location is excellent and has quick access to the main strip while still being out of the way and quiet. For the price its hard to beat. Nice hot tub, plenty of spaces to sit back and relax, the game room downstairs is a huge bonus for a family with kids.Kitchen is well equipped, plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. Three different decks to sit out on. There were a few negatives, the AC is limited to 72 degrees which is fine downstairs but the upstairs loft and bedroom get very warm, if you sleep hot avoid the upstairs bedroom (which sucks as its the master), it was only in the low 80s when we were there I couldnt imagine being over 90 out. The upstairs bed is also hard as a rock. Road is very narrow and windy and has some steep climbs to get there. Overall nice place and very well decorated.

Great looking in great location but some negatives exist

Summit Cabin Rentals did a good job answering any questions I had on the phone and providing a maintenance visit when we asked for it. My 3 bedroom cabin (Moose Tracks) was in a really great location in Pigeon Forge, the beds were comfortable, there was a lot of streaming TV services, the hot tub was great and the cabin was very nicely decorated for Christmas on all 3 levels. We took advantage of the Xplorie pass and were able to go to several activities and save a lot of money. We did though find some negative things that need to be fixed to provide the experience matching the high cost of staying there. The bathroom sinks were all very slow to drain, the upstairs bathtub jets did not work, all the clocks were set to 1 hr ahead, the bath towels were all very cheap and uncomfortable to use with almost no nap left on them, some silverware and large plates were found to be dirty and a 1 cup size measuring cup was missing in the kitchen which hampered our cooking. The only liquid measure was a very large cup so we had to purchase a smaller liquid measuring cup that is commonplace in kitchens.
