Absolutely Perfect Family Getaway!

Our stay at this cabin was everything we hoped for and more! It was spotless, cozy, and had all the comforts of home with the added charm of a peaceful mountain setting. The check-in process was easy, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive, checking in to make sure everything was perfect—which it was! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a 5-star mountain retreat.

2024 Spring Break

My family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 kids ranging in age from 6-13 - enjoyed our stay at the Dancing Deer. Our host was attentive, the cabin was clean, and the cabin was as-described & as-pictured. It was close to the main road in Pigeon Forge. We enjoyed the hot tub, corn hole boards, and my 13 year old enjoyed the arcade games.

The Dancing Deer

Our host was fantastic. Responded immediately to any questions we had. The cabin was wonderful. Clean and spacious. The roads leading to the cabin are paved and smooth. We enjoyed the arcade games as well as the basket full of board games. They came in handy on that one day that it stormed all day long and we couldn't go out. I loved that there were tons of windows and I opened every blind as soon as we got up every morning so the sunshine could pour in. We used the hot tub on the deck three times in the evenings. It was so relaxing after a long day of sightseeing and such. Ok. I'm ready to go back again now. 😄

Memories were made

We loved our stay at The Dancing Deer. The cabin itself had everything we could possibly need! It is within a minutes drive to the strip but still gives the feeling of being tucked in the cozy mountains. We traveled with our four children, Age range 10-15. They truly enjoyed the pool table and loved the arcade games. The hot tub was clean and nice to soak in after a long day of walking. The beds were comfortable and clean. Kate was amazing and quick to respond with any questions we had. We will definitely make plans in the future to stay again! Thank you so much!

Great Property!

We had booked this trip expecting other family members to join us. It ended up just being my wife and I. We really enjoyed this property. It is a beautiful cabin with a nice wrap around porch with rocking chairs and a porch swing to lounge in. Very clean with all the appliances and appurtenances you need. The hot tub was hot and ready to go. The 60 classic arcade games on the One-Up Arcade counsel were nostalgic and awesome! My wife is officially the Frogger champion! The pool table was nice too. If my additional family would have joined us, we would have had plenty of room for them to enjoy the experience as well. Would definitely recommend this property to any small group that wants to visit this area.

Pigeon Forge Dancing Deer

This house is amazing and in a great location. You are a mile away from town and about 15 minutes from the park. The private hot tub is a huge bonus after a day of hiking. The owner was quick to respond and checked in on us after the first day. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this property.

Great property for having great vacation and good memories.

We are a group of 10 people and overall we really enjoyed the property and had great vacation time. The property owners were responding through text mostly and they were helpful. One small suggestion would be to have a kind of roof/shelter on the barbeque gas grill that was locked outside (the owner said it was for fire safety reasons which is acceptable). It was raining heavily and we have to do grill in the rain (inspite of the rain the grill turned out to be real tasty.). Overall we had real good time. Thanks.

Amazing stay

This was my first time to Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg. It was my 7yo son and myself. Check in process was easy and communication with the owner was perfect. She was very helpful and accommodating. The cabin was clean and kid friendly! I would recommend 10 out of 10. We look forward to visiting again!

Alot of things need cleaning. Ice maker didn’t work. Mold and spider webs everywhere. Other then that everything was cool. Oh the stove was nasty but someone came to fix it the next day. Great location tho.

Fantastic Cabin

This is a fantastic property! It was perfect for our trip to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/Dollywood. The location is perfect b/c you are so close to all the major attractions, but Alpine Village (where the cabin is located) is private, extremely nice, and quiet! The cabin was just as described and Kate, the owner, made the entire process so easy! We all enjoyed the pool table and arcade games upstairs and at the end of each day we soaked in the hot tub on the back porch. All I can say is, it was the perfect spot for us to enjoy the Smokey’s! Thank you Kate! 5 stars all the way!
