Cabin itself was cute, however it overlooked a Waffle House which I was not expecting. There was also a sign in the bathroom requesting their white towels not be used for makeup otherwise you would be charged and to use their black ones. Messaged them asking for the black ones since they were not in the room and they stating they don’t provide them.

To start the owner, never sent the code to gain entry to the room till almost 2 hours past check-in time. Once in the room, the layout was very nice and very pretty however not very functionable. The fireplace control to work the fireplace could never be found nor could the remote to the TV in the living room either. The water pressure is very low and is not very sustainable for multi users staying in the room. The beds and layout were very nice and very themed, however for the price you pay, the mattress that they have in the room will cause several back issues due to the cheap mattress they have on the beds. Very painful and stiff mornings due to low quality items for the price they charge. Housekeeping was upstairs cleaning a unit out and flushed all the upstairs hot tub water down onto our hot tub and porch while trying to use the hot tub during the day. The walls of the units are very thin you can make out conversations of people next-door with ease and they are things you do not want children to hear due to thin walls of neighbors staying next to you. On the last day, that morning there was no water to the unit even though we knew the temperature was going to drop and ran the kitchen water to help prevent freezing. All in all the pictures make it look amazing, but when functionality is tested, you will regret the overall stay.

Excellent location

Location was very close to the strip in pigeon forge. The property owner communicated excellent and very fast the cabin was very clean and the hot tub was very nice. Would highly recommend this lodge

Great Family Trip

My family had a great vacation. The property was as listed. Very clean on arrival. We have 3 kids ages 10,12 and 14 and had enough space to fit comfortably. The location was very close to the Pigeon Forge attractions and a short drive to Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountains National Park. Also, close to Walmart and several grocery stores. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen as well as grilling on the deck. The hot tub was great too! Hosts were very responsive to questions/concerns as well. Overall great stay!

Good stay

We had a pretty nice stay. Cabin was clean, cozy, with an accurate description. Host was helpful. Unfortunately we could often hear the two different sets of guests during our stay in the cabin above us. The cabin above also seemed to be having plumbing/hot tub issues, which had multiple moments of draining onto our cabins deck and hot tub without any notice, discussion, or apology from those guests or cabin management. We weren’t able to enjoy the deck as much as we would have liked because of the water drainage and bees around the deck.

Everything was perfect!

The property was literally perfect. It was immaculate and everything was in working order. Anything we needed was already provided. When we emailed any questions we had to the host, we received a response almost instantly. Highly recommend this host and this property! We had an amazing stay to celebrate our first anniversary!

Enloe Cabin

We enjoyed our stay. The Enloe cabin was not our original place to reserve. We were suppose to stay at one of the cabins at Big Bear Resort; however, they were sold. The owners (Larry & Heather) contacted us immediately, and sensed we wanted a cabin type atmosphere. They recommended the Enloe cabin, and it could not have been any better. IT was more than what we expected. We loved the cabin along with the history of how it was built. The bonus was the shuffle board (we played every night) and hot tub (which we also enjoyed). The on-site managers (Sonny & Stacey) were pleasant to work with. The was one of the best vacations we have taken. It was our anniversary, and we enjoyed the privacy this cabin has to offer. It has easy access to all the fun things to do in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great place!!

This location is perfectly located, just far enough out of pigeon forge, you don’t hear any of the traffic and Gatlinburg is a quick easy drive. The cabins are quiet, clean and very private!! We enjoyed our trip very much!! Top Notch!!

Great location.....too close to others

The place was nice and close to everything, BUT this is more of a duplex type property with very poor insulation. We could hear all conversations with families above and beside of us and kids screaming and bouncing balls and people stomping on the floor all hours of the night. Check-in was seamless and the unit was very nice, but we did not enjoy spending our vacation with families that we don't know.

We loved this condo! Very clean and nice. We had a small issue with our hotub. Larry, sunny, and Stacy were all phenomenal with getting it fixed quickly and communicating with us! I highly recommend staying here. We can not wait until our next trip!

Clean Cozy Cabin at great location!

First off the property managers were excellent with communication. The cabin was very clean. We had everything that we needed to cook our meals and plenty of starter supplies like soap, paper towels, etc. The hot tub was a wonderful edition and we enjoyed it after a day out! The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. Location was great as well. We were a couple of minutes from all of our favorite stops and grocery store. Having access to the indoor pool and game room at the condos was also perfect for our little ones. We would stay at this location again!

As advertised

The unit was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The view from the balcony make for a great sunset although the road was right in front of the property. The rest of the complex was quiet and clean as well. The hot tub was nice but took a long time to warm up (over an hour for 4 degrees temp change). Overall the stay was pleasant and I would recommend it to others.
