The condominium exceeded our expectations. It’s was very clean and accommodated our party of 6 comfortably. The balcony was popular with us as the river with deep cold and geese was very relaxing each morning and evening. We were close to the Old Mill district area and Dollywood. There were plenty of activities and restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything except our personal items were provided in each room and the kitchen and bathrooms! It was a perfect location and a beautiful view overlooking the river. I’ll request this condo the next time I visited pigeon Forge.AND….we had seven people….all quite comfortable……and the guys were loving the game room!!?

The property, though only 1 block from the Main Strip in Pidgeon Forge, was amazingly quiet. And the back terrace, though part of a larger condo structure, felt isolated and completely private. It was the best of both worlds, right in town, but felt like you were out in the country.

We usually pick a cabin because we all want to stay together. Choosing a 3 bedroom condo right in town was a different experience for us and one that did not disappoint. Easy access, closeness to attractions, and every amenity you could need is available. We loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom and smart TVs. The kitchen was fully stocked. And there’s soaps and shampoos in the showers. I would definitely rent again.

The room was clean and had all the amenities you would need for a great stay. The view from the balcony of the river was amazing and we enjoyed the sound and also all the ducks and geese. We actually even got to see a bald eagle.

We had an amazing stay in Bear Den. Check in process was so easy. Photos on website is exactly what you see in the condo. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again. I’ve never stayed somewhere that supplied so many things. Was surprised by that. We travel with everything needed for the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. I give the host a 10 for those supplies and her thoughtfulness.

Stop searching, this is a great place! Location is perfect if you want to access activities quickly. 5 minutes from Dollywood and so easy to get to Gatlinburg. Pool is right next to condo and the river. You can catch trout right in front of the condo. Communication with the owner was spot on! Condo itself was very spacious and decorated beautifully. Very clean as well . Go ahead and book it you will be happy

This property was beautiful, well kept and located in a perfect spot. Our condo had many extras we weren't expecting, such as beach towels, hair dryer, kitchen spices, dish soap. Xmas 2024 in the Smokies

Stayed with my husband, college age son and mother. It was very comfortable and having 3 full baths was perfect. Hand soap provided at every sink. Didn’t skimp on the tp :) The soap, shampoo, conditioner set in the showers were super handy. Plenty of hot water. We enjoyed watching the ducks every day swimming down the beautiful river. The balcony was very spacious with really nice furniture. Heated towel rack and ceiling fan in master bath. Had grand kids over to visit and they LOVED the video games. Also thank you for decorating for Xmas. Made it feel very homey. Super convenient location. Would stay again.

Family getaway!

A perfect place to stay!

Communication with the owner was great as he always texted back quickly, was friendly and very helpful. The condo is very quiet and clean and is nicely furnished and decorated. My favorite chair at the condo is the rocking chair on the patio beside the river. That peaceful sound was very relaxing! We will be staying here again!
