We have been coming to Pigeon Forge for the last 10 years or so. We usually stay in a 3 bedroom but now we have Grandchildren. The cabin is later out nicely but could use a better cleaning and some up dating. We chose this place as advertised it was decorated for Christmas. It was not. Pool table was roaches out with holes in the felt. Pool sticks were unusable. However the owner did send a maintenance person over to correct the pool sticks. It was a nice gesture but still couldn’t use the table. Didn’t let it ruin our trip though. I would rate this a 3.

Pictures in listing are not current. Property needs maintenance. A window latch in the kitchen was broken and we had 20 degree weather with an inch gap in the window for 3 of the 4 nights we were there. The property description does not say main entrance is in the basement. The tubs were dirty, the floors in the bathrooms were dirty, the bathmats had not been washed recently. I would not call a room with old furniture with slip covers and a tv a theater. My family rents a cabin every year in the Pigeon Forge area, this one was by far the lowest ranked of any we have stayed in. The game room and parking were adequate. The benefits of this house were its location and size. I would not stay here again.

The cabin met our needs for a large family. We liked the Game Room as well although we couldn’t get one of the games on.This cabin is very convenient to Dollywood, which was something else we were looking for.

Outstanding property! Super conveniently located close to the parkway. Easily accommodated my family of 10. The host was very responsive & friendly! Can’t say enough good things about the host/property. We will be booking again!! Wish I would have found this cabin years ago!

Beautiful property! This house worked perfectly for our group of three families. It was nice to have the gameroom for the kids. It has a hottub but we didn’t use it. It was great to have enough bathrooms! If you are a hot sleeper, I would suggest taking a fan with you, especially for the 3rd floor rooms. If you are particular about your cooking pans, take your own skillet, the teflon on the pans was peeling but that is from people using the incorrect utensils on the pan. The coffee pot has the regular pot and keurig which is great. We would definitely stay here again, easy location.

Tennessee Trip 2025

We got to the cabin no problem. We had 9 adults and 4 vehicles. The driveway is great for multiple vehicles. Location is right off the parkway 3 minutes or less to the parkway in Pigeon Forge. We had Internet issues once I reached out to the owner and advised someone was at the property. Internet is Internet but it got to working. Downstairs the directions for the TV etc need to be updated as all the remotes don’t match the directions for operating the TV/system. There is a woodpecker also who like to come at random times. Very peaceful on the front porch can hear the creek running. Thank you for the stay. We enjoyed our time.

Girls Weekend

I can't say enough about this cabin. The roads are easy, the cabin close to everything. We had everything we needed for the perfect girls weekend. Plenty of room to spread out and the perfect area to come together. Sara was very responsive when you have questions and was always reaching out to make surecwe had everything we needed.

Family getaway

The house was very nice and inviting, space for everyone in our family. Property did not have the mountain views most come for when visiting Pigeon Forge, however, we had a wonderful time just enjoying each other's company. The property was not far off the main strip, which was very nice and convenient. The rooms were VERY spacious. The bathrooms as well, the water heated up very hot, which was very nice, you don't get super-hot water everywhere you go, and i think everyone enjoys a nice HOT shower. Sara, our host, responded to any concerns I had and was SUPER informative about the property and what was expected. I can't give enough compliments about the host or property; this was an overall 10 out of 10 stay. Highly recommend this property.

Great Weekend

This cabin was everything advertised and in the best location. It fit our family perfect and the communication with the owners was by far the best. We will definitely be staying here again in the future and I have already recommended it to a co worker for her family.

Great stay

We were moms and daughters in town for a cheer competition. Plenty of bathrooms are a must :) The location was close to the event, and there was plenty to do at the cabin. The girls had a great time!

Great Trip

Property was great except wish I had known about lower level entry instead of main floor. I had total knee replacement 5 weeks prior to trip and had to navigate way too many stairs.

Pidgeon Forge Get Away

Our stay in Sara & Tonyʻs house was delightful. The house was clean and roomy. We had 13 family members and never felt crowded. The welcoming supplies were great as we arrived later in the day and during a downpour. Iʻm happy to say it was the only downpour that affected our stay. This home is well furnished, and the beds were great. Although it is within a stones throw of Pigeon Forge's main drag it was delightfully quiet with no traffic noise or traffic as it is on a dead end street. The game room os equipped perfectly for teens as there is a pool table, Foose ball table, video games and much more to occupy their time. It also gave them time to spend with each other and not with the adults. There were plent of tvs and since this was the Olympic Games week we were able to watch and also catch up after a day out and about. Sara and Tony were great hosts, not intusive but ready to answer any questions we had or step in if we needed something taken care of. Plenty of dishes, coffee mugs and so on. Everything (the microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, stove and AC) worked great! And of course the hot tub was one of the perks enjoyed daily by our group. We would have no problem renting this house again if we were to return to Pidgeon Forge and the beautiful Smokey Mountains! Thanks Sara & Tony!!

Family vacation

Location could not have been much better. Easy access to everything. House was very clean. Carpet on steps was a little worn but everything else was nice. Driveway fit 6 cars easily. Drive to house was easy, no steep roads, but also no Mountain View’s either. Very quite and peaceful to just relax on front or back deck. Would recommend!
