This place was absolutely the best place we have ever stayed at we have been coming up there and staying for over 20 years and thus was by far the best very clean peaceful river right behind coukd see easily from balcony and great location HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Beautiful view over looking the river. We were there for a conference at the Laconta Center and it was very convenient being so close. The condo had all hard floors which was very nice knowing that old carpet wouldn’t be stinky and ugly looking. We loved the parking space especially when it was raining. The leather recliners were very comfortable. The mattress was very firm though. Being next to Walgreens was super convenient. The location overall was perfect. My biggest complaint would be with the wall outlets. Nothing we would plug in would stay properly. Which was dangerous knowing an electrical fire could erupt. They desperately need replaced. The scent plug ins was very overpowering but was easily resolved by unplugging them. We loved the fact that each bedroom had its own box fan. The concrete on the balcony was very clean! Fix the electrical outlets and the place will be perfect.

Weekend get away

I found this condo to be excellent. The location is great; you could walk to several area attractions if you did not want to fight the trafic. An added bonus was the ability to sit on the bacony and listen to the Pigeon River at night. The condo had a step in shower, which was great for my mom. The covered parking was a nice bonus. Check in was easy, and the owners were responsive when i had to communicate with them. I will stay here again.

We loved the condo! It was perfectly located and easy to get in and out. Very clean and very well laid out. The furniture was nice and comfortable. The personal parking space was high since we had rain during our stay we were dry getting in and out of the car. We will stay here again

Great stay in Condo 101 at Bear Crossing.

We had a wonderful time with our daughter and our two granddaughters. The condo was beautiful and clean and very comfortable after a day of hiking in the mountains.

Excellent Stay

Condo was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for a family of five. The view of the river was beautiful. The Christmas decorations were nice and it was a short walk to the Christmas Light Walkway along the river.

Perfect December vacation

Property was great, perfect for our family of 3. Awesome location right on the Parkway, close to everything. Riverwalk was just across the bridge behind us; 1/2 mile to the island; 1/2 mile to the Old Mill. Would 100% stay here again!

Perfect location and beautiful river view

Condo is very nice, comfortable beds, beautiful fireplace, and huge whirlpool tub to relax in. Balcony is perfect for sitting and looking over the water and listening to it flowing over the rocks-so peaceful. Perfect location in the heart of town to see the Christmas lights and a quick walk over to the LeConte Center. Perfect place to stay. Owner super nice.
