The heat wouldn’t stay set. Everyday we had to set it then come in and reset . Light switches wouldn’t work right. Back shower water never got hot . Electrical plug in first bedroom needs to be fastened into wall, near dresser. Back bedroom you couldn’t open the closet. Door wouldn’t slide on carpet. A ice maker would be nice. Location is great .

Nice time in Pigeon Forge

We stayed here for a cruise-in and added some extra days for some personal down time. Pictures of inside the place were on point. Very clean and nice inside. Top notch and very comfortable both beds and sitting area. We felt very "at home" in the place. Only thing that could really use an upgrade and work are the steps going to it. Stairs are looking a bit old and personally I think could use a middle support for better safety however I am not sure that would be on the condo owner or whoever owns building. Either way we would stay at again.

Perfect Dollywood Vacation

Super clean, great location, so spacious, well stocked kitchen! We especially loved the bathrooms/showers and the big kitchen! Plenty of towels really helped with a group of 5. It was very close to Dollywood and it was very easy to get the free included ticket. Wonderful place that we would all book again!

Great place to stay

We would love to stay here again anytime. Great location close to everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge. Very clean and well-kept. Kerri was quick to respond to any inquiries. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for Dollywood

We enjoyed our stay. Do not count on using the pull out sofa, it was horrible, when you lay down your feet are higher than your head. So glad the 6th person backed out or we would've bought a blow up bed. One of the family members had problem with our view from the windows of the cemetery. She made us keep the curtains closed. I appreciate the tip on how to turn on outside lights and crossed hot/cold water. Water pressure for shower was low.

Cozy Condo Nestled Just Off The Main Parkway!

We have been to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge many times but had always stayed in the outlining areas. The location of this condo is perfect for those who want to enjoy the surrounding beauty and loves an easy convenient location. The condo is very cozy. We loved the Christmas tree, as we were visiting during the holidays, and a thanks for the Christmas ornament which we have used on our own Christmas tree. The kitchen is well equipped for those who want to cook their own meals or for those quick snacks. Beds are very comfortable. The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. The owners were very welcoming and attentive. We hope to visit again! Note To Those Who Visit: The porch light has two switches, one is located down at the car port next to the storage locker, this switch must be turned on, otherwise, the switch in the condo will not turn on the porch light. The master bathroom shower faucet has the hot/cold switched up, barely turning on the faucet gets you the hot water, all the way on, the water is cold, this is backwards from a normal setup.

Great location!

The location is perfect. Easily accessible to everything. Grocery store is close by. The beds are comfortable. The furniture is comfortable. One downside for our family is there was no bathtub. It made bathtime a little interesting with three Littles. There is also a carport. Parking was very easy and great for loading up kiddos and unloading and loading luggage.

Great condo! Clean, bed was very comfortable! Close enough to everything yet secluded.

Overall great stay! Clean, comfortable. Nice bed in master. The internet didn’t work for us but we didn’t need it. We didn’t bother reaching out to the property owners about it. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Just what we needed, would have been nice to stay longer

Nice little two bedroom with good beds. Booked it because it had that as well as recliners in the living room. Made use of both but weren’t there long enough to take advantage of the nice kitchen. Easy access to the Parkway and Dollywood.

The bathrooms need updating, not clean hair in bathtubs because would not drain. We had to buy liquid plumber to get tubs to drain. Mattress in queen bedroom was terrible. Needs to be replaced. Faucet in kitchen needs to be replaced, would not move from one side to the other . Only good thing about the place was the living area and outside porch.

Mostly ok but not for light sleepers.

Loved that this condo was close to Dollywood. Also much better than a hotel. Cons were the busy road right outside the balcony. Maybe it was just a super busy weekend but almost all night all you could hear were people driving by with loud mufflers. I had my fan turned on high but could not get to sleep. My husband who can sleep through anything struggled too. Some of our neighbors were smoking on their balcony and you could definitely smell it. For our quick stay it was ok overall.
