The condo is very cute and the decor for Christmas was cute. However, when you look a little closer, there’s a lot of dirt and dust. I started having itchiness and swollen eyes on the first day, so I opened the A/C closet and found a huge amount of dust and dirt. It was so bad that there was dark circles of dirt around the A:C vents in the ceiling. I reached out to the owner after having a severe allergic reaction to the filth and although she apologized she said that guests should not have access to those closets. Even around the washing machine was dust balls and someone’s underwear crammed to the side of the washer. We had to vacate earlier in the morning because of the reaction. I have pictures to support my findings and had sent them to the owner. A cleaning fee should be refunded because the unit was really not clean.

Our host, Kerri was super to work with. I had an issue with our free activities (xplorie) and she really "fixed" things quickly for us. The condo was just as described. It was very clean, well stocked for the basics, we didn't need to purchase anything additional for our 3 night stay. The well stocked Keurig was a nice perk

We love Whispering Pines! Location is fabulous, and this unit was one of our favorites! Very clean, bed slept well, and super close to the indoor pool. Highly recommend!

Exactly as described

My stay was exceptional. The condo was clean and very spacious. The area was clean and very convenient to EVERYTHING. The host was quick to respond to any messages that we left. The pool was nice and included a whirlpool. We are already looking into possibly staying at another property in the gulf shores.

Great condo in a great location

The property was beautifully decorated, very clean and well stocked with supplies. Great location close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Easy to check in and clear instructions for check out. We would stay here again, without hesitation.

Beautiful Condo

This Condo was on the the 3rd floor beautiful views of the mountains. The condo was very nice clean had two bedrooms and there on baths. If you’re looking for a clean nice place this is the one. Kerry was so nice when I text her about a couple of thing. I give this place a 5 star!!!

A pleasant retreat in the Smokies

My family and I do a trip to Pigeon Forge every other year or so. Usually it's only 3 days so we cram into a hotel room and make it work since it's a short trip. This year we decided to do something different, we found this unit on Vrbo and fell in love. Cozy decor, interesting designs and peaceful views made us choose this as our first condo rental. We arrived and was greeting with a pleasant surprise, a little holiday cheer in the form of decor and a Christmas tree. Needless to say, my youngest (3 years old) eyes lit up at the sight of Christmas. Combine that with the cozy fireplace made the room feels so warm and inviting after a long day at Dollywood or hiking up in the mountains. We will definitely be back and look forward to working with this property manager again! A
