We had a great stay! The beds were super comfortable and the place was very clean, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed.It had everything you could want for an easy stay, and the games for the kids were a huge hit. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great cabin. It’s close to the parkway, Dollywood, and anything else you might want to do. The host was extremely welcoming. The cabin was clean and cozy and so much fun for small children as well as grown children. I recommend this cabin 10/10!

This cabin was amazing, very clean, well stocked kitchen. We had adults, toddler and infant and worked well for everyone. The location was great for things to do in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and een our son's wedding in the Smokey Mountains National Park. I would definitely go back.

This cabin was absolutely perfect! We were in town for the Ripken Experience and the cabin was only a few minutes from the complex. It was also close to Dollywood and many other restaurants and attractions. The check-in was very easy as was communication with Tanya. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance and cooking utensil we could need. Our kids loved the games upstairs and the rooms and bathrooms were all very spacious. We don’t have a single complaint and would absolutely stay here again! We were actually sad to go home. Thanks for hosting us!

Fantastic getaway cabin close to everything!

My husband and I, along with our 5 children stayed in this amazing cabin for 5 nights and it was truly great! The kids loved the nerf guns, all the other family games, the spacious rooms, and the hot tub. There’s also a community pool. You’re just a few minutes away from Dollywood and downtown Pigeon Forge. A quiet neighborhood with everything you would want to do close by! Super clean and very nice in every way. We loved it so much, we will definitely be coming back as we love the Smokies! We’ve stayed other places over the years and we both agree this was certainly our favorite. 5 stars all day! Thank you!

Tidy little cabin with just enough to offer the kids

The pool, nerd guns, and pac man console were all well-used in our off time from Gatlinburg activities. Even in 95 degree heat, the AC worked great. Other than wanting more darts (the kids always need more for a good war) we had a great stay.

Enjoyed our stay at Simple Bear Necessities. We all had fun with the different games available. The place is clean and the beds comfortable. I will say the lighting in the bathrooms could be brighter, over the sinks for make up and in the shower for shaving. Also would have liked some hand soap. Well furnished property

This property was very clean and furnished with everything you need. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils, plates, glassware, pots/pans, blenders, etc. It’s in a great location and easy to get to everything. I would stay here again & highly recommend for others to stay.

Excellent stay!

We really enjoyed our time here at Simple Bear Necessities. The property is beautiful and very clean. It is located in Pigeon Forge not far from Dollywood. It is also not far from the Spur which leads you up to Gatlinburg. It has a fully stocked kitchen with every pot, pan, and utensils you could think of; even two blenders and a crockpot! Every detail is well thought out. They even stock the kitchen with k cups and coffee creamer. We stayed here for four days and the only thing I can think of where there is room for improvement is the trash situation. There was trash already in the outside bins so there wasn’t much room for us to throw our trash away. I’m sure that is no fault of the owners though. Communication is great. They even checked in with us to be sure everything was fine. All in all it was a great stay and we would book here again!

Beautiful cabin!

Cabin was beautiful and very spacious! The littles loved the games, especially the nerf wall. Kitchen table is very spacious for lots of food and games. Great location just off main strip. Highly recommend staying here

We booked Simple Bear Necessities for our Family Christmas Vacation for the first time this year 2024. It was absolutely wonderful! Great Location, Super Clean, Super Nice and Friendly Staff. The owners and staff checked the Cabin before we moved in and then they followed up with us after 24 hours to see is we needed anything and how our stay was going. We have been coming to the Smokies for nearly 50 years and this was the first time the owners and staff had check in on us. Great gesture and very much appreciated! Highly Recommended!!
