We were traveling with 3 adults and 5 kids. They absolutely loved the game room. There's not much storage for clothing in the main level bedroom, but there's a closet in one room upstairs and a dresser in the other, and storage under the bunk beds in the lower level. Host was extremely responsive to issues and questions. The kids want to come back next summer.

Everything from the booking process to the check out was a breeze. Property Owner was in contact with us on multiple occasions and was always responsive with his reply. Before depature for our trip, I inquired about if the property had baby gates on the stairs cause I couldn’t tell from the pictures. At that point the property did not, but the owner had them installed before we arrived! As for the property, it’s completely as described, the arcade and pool/hot tub was a big hit with the family! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. It wasn’t an ordinary plain jane rental!

Damian was very helpful and responsive to questions. Perfect location! Nothing we did with exception to National Park, was more than 8 minutes away. We actually joked that if it was more we didn't think we could go lol. Beautiful mountain views, quiet, and very modern. We had 11 of us ranging in age from 2 to 68 and we all found it perfect. Would definitely stay again without question or hesitation.

The cabin was a great place for our family and our friend’s family. The cabin was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The kids had endless fun with the games, the pool and the hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked which made it easy for us to cook our meals. The beds were very comfortable and it was so nice to have so many bathrooms. We also loved how close the cabin was to everything. The owner Damian responded quickly whenever I had a question. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

We had the best time here! The house is well appointed with games for kids, coffee stations for adults, pool towels, goggles and toys, charging stations at each nightstand, etc! Every amenity you can think of! Even had a high chair and baby bibs, cups, plates, etc! Bed was super comfy with extra soft sheets! Kids said bunk beds were most comfortable they’ve ever stayed in. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in this home with kids ranging 7-16. They had a blast with all the fun things to do on the bottom floor. Laser tag, ps5 and the pool were endless fun for them. Location of this home is perfect. Literally minutes from most of the things we wanted to do. Property manager inquired about our stay after the first night and asked if there was anything at all we needed. Minutes away from grocery stores. I have all glowing things to say, would highly recommend this house. If we ever go back to pigeon forge I’d stay at this house again.

This property was incredible for our family and friends during our recent visit to Pigeon Forge. My 11 year old and his friend were obsessed with the game room. The property is beautifully furnished and the hosts have thought of everything to make this a memorable and effortless family experience. I loved the furnishings so much that I hopped online and purchased some of the furnishings for my own personal home. The location is perfect and easy to get to all the local attractions. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful cabin and decor with everything you could need. Host was responsive and checked in on us to ensure everything was good. My son loved the arcade, pool, and hot tub. Very clean. Excellent location in the middle of everything. Would stay here again!

We loved our stay in H2Oasis!! The property was beautifully decorated for the holiday and was super clean. The hotel style amenities enhanced our stay. Location was perfect, close to the Parkway and all the attractions. Our teens enjoyed the game areas and pool!! We all had fun watching the UK/UL rivalry basketball game in the theatre seating for the big screen!! Communication with the owners was very prompt and courteous. We would love to stay here again!!

This cabin was perfect for our family of nine. The main living area is all open which made it very nice when we were all in their together. There were pleny of beds that were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and all the bathrooms had plenty of hand soap and toilet paper for our three night stay. The pool and hot tub were great for our whole family also. We will definitely stay here again!

H2oasis was spectacular. Kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub and games. Bedrooms were nice with all king beds and the bunk beds in the theater/game room were enjoyed by the younger ones. Overall an A+ rating from my entire family.

This was perfect for our family. Close to Dollywood, 3 king size bedrooms for adult comfort, and the children’s bunks was a hit. The theatre, pool, hot tub and arcade was exceptional!
