Spring break in Pigeon Forge
The accommodations were fine for what we needed. Wish there was a bed or comfier pullout for the older kids in the living room but I knew going into it that there was only one bed and a pullout couch. When we got there and got into the room, the back door was wide open and both tvs were on. TVs on might be something they do before people check in but the door being wide open gave us a little bit of a scary feeling. I checked all rooms and closets to make sure no one was there and then contacted the host and they said they would talk to maintenance but that no one should have my unique check in code and I should be ok. Some of the items the website said would be there were not. We had more than enough toilet paper and paper towel and trash bags which was great but there was no shampoo and conditioner which was listed on the site. No extra bedding for the pullout couch other than a sheet and 2 pillows. We had to use the blanket we had in the car. Pool passes/artist bands were not out and actually hiding under the sink in a container but no one gave us any issues about not having them at the pool. Pool bathrooms were closed for burst pipes. Outdoor pool/splash pad area was closed and blocked off. We had a toddler with us so would’ve been nice to have that or know it was down. Hot tub was always too full so couldn’t use it. Grills were all covered from what we saw so couldn’t use those either and had to cook out dinner in the room. Definitely not a Mountain View as trees block it
