Wonderful for a large group

We had a wonderful stay as part of a family reunion. The cabin is large and very comfortable for a large group. Beautiful scenery. Fun for kids with games and a pool. Adults enjoyed the hot tub. Great location to get into town easily or over to Dollywood. Communication with the property managers was excellent.

Great place to stay for 5 families

Had a great time in this cabin during 4th of july weekend. This cabin is close to all the activities in pigeon forge. Best part about the cabin is that the kitchen is fully stocked.

Had a wonderful family vacation.

Just finished a week with 9 family members from 6yrs old to 68yrs old. This cabin had plenty of room for everyone and lots of fun things to enjoy. The pool was nice to cool down at the end of the day and the game room was enjoyed by all. The decks were peaceful to sit out and enjoy nature. We were very happy with this cabin.

Family Getaway

Beautiful spacious cabin for our family of ten. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed for the meals we prepared. Hot tub, pool, and pool table were a hit for the grandchildren. Enjoyed the three decks and coffee bar. Overall, a great stay!

Memories to Last a Lifetime

Grizzly Bear Resort was an amazing cabin that had all the comforts of home and more. The pool, game room, and theatre kept the kids and adults entertained all week. The cabin was stocked with all the necessities. The cabin was spacious and beautifully decorated. We would definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!!! We stayed on May 30. 2024 @ The Grizzly Resort for a A family vacation.

Our stay @ The Grizzly Resort was amazing. The house was just like the picture, very beautiful and spacious. My adult daughters and all my grandkid's love all the amenities the resort offer. The owners were very pleasant and always responded back via text as soon as you hit send. I would recommend The Grizzly Resort to family and friends for future vacations. Excellent (10) Bonnie

The Best

We booked this house in a pinch and I’m soo soo happy we did! This place is absolutely beautiful! It was clean and there’s so much to do right at the house which kept everyone busy and happy when we didn’t have things planned. The owners really have thought of everything! If you’re considering booking this place, DO IT! You will not regret it! We will definitely be back!

This cabin was perfect for our family

We found this cabin based on number of bedrooms and location and were sold on the 'no scary roads' as cold temps were still possible the week that we were there. The basics were perfect - the cabin was clean, well stocked, and had comfortable beds. The kids loved the pool, game room, and theater. The coffee bar and hot tub was the favorite of the adults. It was easy to get to the park from there and we were able to get to Texas Roadhouse without going on the parkway on a night when traffic was insane. Everyone is talking about when we will be able to go back.

Work Getaway

I chose this cabin for our work getaway. The cabin was beautiful and clean. Everything we could have needed or wanted with plenty of room. The pool was pretty cold. The air was not working properly and we all were pretty miserable. The owner did stay in communication with me trying to help fix it but we had a pretty sweaty night which makes for some grumpy folks.

Great Family Cabin

For a family vacation this was perfect. Lots of space for everyone to enjoy. With 9 children and 7 adults it was still possible to find places to get that alone time or gathering for family time in the large common areas. The pool is larger than it appears in the photos. The Cabin was exceptionally clean and all linens were provided. Anything we needed was already there, really the host thought of everything. My favorite was the coffee bar which was a special treat. The host were very responsive and accommodating to any questions or needs we had. The cabin met all my expectations and more.

Excellent Cabin

Our families enjoyed everything about this cabin. It had great space for our families to gather for meals, games and fellowship. Everyone enjoyed movies in the theater room. Playing the game systems we brought on the big screen was a kid favorite (big kids) too. The indoor pool wasn’t cold like other locations where we’ve stayed and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The two refrigerators and coffee bar were a hit. Every bedroom had a bathroom which was great with as many people as we had with us. So many things we liked about this place, but most of all we had a great time making memories.

Awesome stay at Grizzly Bears Resort

We loved the location of this property! Just a short 5 minute drive to the strip in the Pigeon Forge. We were on the East end of the strip which was nice because it was a short distance from Gatlinburg. The cabin was amazing. We loved that all of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. We would have liked a half bath on the main level, but we managed just fine. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Our girls lived in the pool! The media room got used quite a bit, as well. Overall, we had an awesome stay! Everything we needed was at the house. Cabin was clean and tidy. We loved the patios and the privacy on the back of the cabin. Would definitely recommend this cabin!

Vacation time

This cabin was perfect. It has all the comforts of home and so much more. All the pots, pans, and kitchen utensils you need. They even had spices! It is clean and really spacious. We had something to keep us occupied all day. The only thing I can say that was needed is something so the pool won't be so cold. But the kids still got in but were freezing so they usually got in hot tub right after. Above all We had a great time. Will definitely be returning. Thanks to our host. He was great. Any questions you may have he is right there to answer them.

This property is Amazing everything about it is as described and seen but sooo much more. This is a must see cabin. It is beautiful and it looks so very,very beautiful inside. It was a last minute booking but im so glad I went on and booked. And the owner was so nice even checked on us to see why we were late and make sure we was okay. We had no problems didn't have to bother them with anything because everything was in order and perfect. Thanks again and we will definitely be back soon. This is above 5 stars unfortunately that is as high as we can rate. Again Thank you so much 💗

Great time with lots of room

We had 9 adults (4 couples) and 5 kids under 8. It was very comfortable (one couple slept in the bunk bed room with children) we all did not feel on top of each other. The kids loved the hot tub, pool, arcade area, and media room. We spent quite a bit of time there over the week and had a blast. I had a few questions that were quickly answered. There were so many dishes, and supplies. We cooked several times and never felt we needed anything extra, (plates, pans, measuring cups ect). There were even many seasonings available. My kids keep asking if we can do the exact same house next year. It was a great trip full of memories. With a great location.

The best experience we could’ve wished for !!

Where to start!? If I could give this experience a 10+ I would. We arrived and upon entry, we were greeted with the feel of Christmas in the air. The decor and layout of the property was amazing. The cabin had all of the amenities from a fully stocked kitchen, plentiful space, a great home theater, play area, and pool. Everything fit the description as described. The cabin was very clean and tidy and gave the warmth feeling of the season. My family truly enjoyed this experience and the host is phenomenal!! Their was great communication and we couldn’t have asked for better. We will be returning in the future and further more !!
