Beautiful home

This place is amazing. It feels like youreat the top of the resort/Sherwood Forest. (If you're here in the winter you will definitely need chains on your tires.) It was so peaceful. The home had everything you would need, I wish we had more time to use it all. With 3 floors no one felt lie they were on top of each other and you could just holler to get someones attention. The video games, pool table and hot tub were awesome. Didn't get to use the air hockey or fuseball table. Next time definitely because we will be back. So very close to Pigeon Forge and its amenities. Kelly was so easy to work with especially since our trip was last minute. Check in & out were totally painless. This cabin was worth every penny and then some.

Overall, great cabin. Offered plenty of room. Great views. Picture of the main level view off the kitchen/dining room. Beds were comfortable. Blanket on main level bed were very thin. The main level and top level cooled off. There is no fan in bottom bunk room and only a small vent so that room was warmer along with media room. We ended up buying a few portable fans during our stay. Would recommend portable fans down there. The kids really enjoyed the pool table and media room. Overall, was a great cabin. There were plenty of bears to see during our stay in that area as well as on our driveway. We came for baseball and Ripken fields were only a 12 minute drive. Was a great location for being close to Gatlinburg as well.

The perfect cabin.

Big comfy couches, cozy fireplace, big, well-appointed kitchen, wonderful theatre room, incredible view of the Great Smoky Mountains, feeling of seclusion but SO close to Pigeon Forge— we can’t wait to stay again.

Great stay at Highland View! The views do not disappoint. Sunrise to sunset there are gorgeous views sitting above the treeline. Cabin has great entertainment space and comfortable furnishings. Wish they had salt, oil, and plastic containers. Hard to store food.

Beautiful place with amazing views!

The home was clean and decorated beautifully. The movie theater and game room were the highlights for the kids. Also loved the hot tub. But the best was that view from the balconies. We'd never get tired of just staring at the beautiful mountains amidst a clear blue sky.

Close to Dollywood and Activities

Beautiful cabin with fantastic views. I would be nervous to navigate the road up to the cabin during winter months due to the steep grade, but it was fine for our summer stay. We were close to Dollywood and lots of activities in the Pigeon Forge “Island” shopping district. We loved our time here.

Home Away From Home

This was our second time staying in this cabin, first time with the current owner. We absolutely love this cabin!! The views are beautiful and the location is perfect. It's secluded enough to be away from the busyness of town, but close enough to not have to travel far to get to everything. Kelly is super easy to get ahold of and very attentive. The cabin itself has so many perks and the theater and game rooms are great for the kids to always have something to do.

Amazing

This cabin was just as they said it was. Perfect location to see bears. The cabin was very clean and had everything we wanted and needed for our family vacation. When we arrived we noticed the hot tub was not very full, we contacted the owner and by the next day the hot tub was full and ready to use! We would most definitely stay at this Cabin again in the furture.

Great family vacation

My only regret about the vacation is that it's over and I didn't have the time to use all the entertainment provided in the 2 game rooms. But fortunately my children made up for it. The view is like something out of a postcard. The living room is just an amazing cozy happy place. They are televisions and every room so when we had some down time everyone had something to do. The bedrooms had great window treatments which is something I always look for when renting a home. The host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The Queen bunk beds top and bottom made it so comfortable for my children and the home theater was an absolute hit. We loved our family movie time. Thank you Kelly for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful!!

The (last) road to the home is quite the Incredible hill so be warned depended on your vehicle but once you get there the house is beautiful! Everything is clean, beautiful furnishings all like new and everything you need to bring in your stuff and start vacation. Kelly is very responsive to all needs even when I contacted her early morning about a tree down across the road if the community (making exiting impossible) she helped contact the community for us; we’ll beyond her job as the home owner but so helpful! The porches off the home and the view were our absolute favorite, we spend so much time on those rocking chairs!! All of the entertainment items were are fun welcomed addition as well, we enjoyed them all.

Amazing Property

We travel frequently and this was by far my FAVORITE cabin we have ever rented. There was so much for the kids to do. The movie room was the biggest hit. We were able to see 6 bears outside the cabin during our stay. The only downfall was the hill to get up to the cabin. If you do not have 4 wheel drive it might be a little tricky to get up to. I definitely recommend this cabin to anybody that would like to stay right in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
