This property was exactly as advertised. Samuel responded to all inquiries quickly. Check-in process was quick and easy and the townhomes were clean. We were disappointed that the pool was under maintenance our entire stay. However, it was beyond the property owners control. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

This was our first trip back in four years. My wife and I both have back issues. The main reason we picked this property was because it had an indoor heated pool and hot tub. Even though unit owners were notified that the pool was closed for repairs. No one said a word when we asked specifically about pool and hot tub. We were only notified one day before leaving that pool was closed but we were assured the hot tub was working. When we got there guess what. The hot tub had been filled in with cement. We were flat out lied to about the amenities. This is wrong on so many levels. One we should have been notified when booking that these amenities were not available. Also photos showing these amenities are still running. We needed the hot tubs to relax muscles. Because there was no hot tub I spent one day of my vacation lying on my back because my pain was so bad. The unit itself was beautiful and fine. We had a toilet leaking but they came and fixed it within a few hours. The only other thing I did not like, there was no bedroom downstairs. Over all it was almost a pleasant trip. We were offered a 25% refund for lack of pools. I am not going to be so little as to say it ruined our trip. It did not ruin it it just made it much harder. If you see amenities advertised, make sure you check on them and get the names of people you talk with. Make it a stipulation that if those amenities are not working, you should be offered a complete reimbursement. Other than that it was good.

Host interaction needs improvement. He was supposed to notify me within 32 hours of our stay with information for check in. The day of, I emailed him 3 hours out and didn’t hear anything. I arrived at the site and still nothing after sending another follow up message an hour before. Ended up having to call the 24/7 VRBO number to receive help. I recommend going to another 3rd party to stay, especially because the VRBO agent told me “this is a normal occurrence.” Having displaced customers should not be normal.

The host was slow to reply however when we arrived there was a young lady who was cleaning our room who was VERY helpful and got us in and helped us. The rest of the stay was great. We will be back.

This place wasn't for me. Nothing wrong with the host or responsiveness. It was the place and the neighbors. Dogs were barking throughout the night. They were throwing a party till late in the night, and then the place IMO just didn't feel like home. Bare walls, bright blue lights, basic shower heads you'd find in a state park shower, no top sheets on the bed, so you have to use the comforter directly on your body, and the list goes on. Was it bad? No, it was fine. Again, just not for my family and me while visiting the theme park.

Property manager answered all my questions and concerns very quickly. This unit could have used more pots and pans. We only had one large pot and one very small frying pan, and we like to cook. Also, we did not have any dishwasher soap. Washed everything by hand. Overall, we had an excellent time with a very nice view of Dollywood at night!!!

It needs some work. The first thing you see when you walk in is a damaged closet door. The patio was covered in leaves when we arrived and the door to the patio wasn't closed all the way.

It was very hart to get the door code. We need 2 hours after we stay in front of the house to ridge sombody on the phone. The house was clan and the cleaning Ladies very friendly. But the Equipment in the house was bad. On offer was, the house is good up to 6 person we was 4 person but only 3 coffee cups was there . In the pan you can fry most 1 egg so small is this. That shouldbe changed.Everything else was ok.

Property was great. No problems except in finding it. We saw the sign on the main road and then one other one going up the hill but it looked like it was going to no where and we turned around a couple of times until we finally found it. Some additional signs pointing people in the right direction might help. Directions from the computer even had us turning the wrong way but we finally found it.

This was a very nice property! Everything was clean and worked. The bed was nice and comfy! Our dog, Max even enjoyed the place! Lol. It was nice to find a nice place that allows our dog as well, which we like to bring along every time we visit TN! We will definetely stay here again. Also, the communication with the host Samuel was wonderful. He was very responsive and answered any and all questions that we had and even offered up some information on his own as well. We had a great time and we look forward to staying again during our next visit next year sometime! :)

The location is fantastic. The unit has also been renovated which is nice. The pool was super run down and didn’t look likeThe area had been cleaned in weeks with trash laying around. The unit itself had floors so dirty the kids feet turned black for walking on it barefoot. There was no soap in two bathrooms and beds weren’t completely made. The mattresses were uncomfortable. The owner texted me at midnight to ask if a certain car that was incorrectly parked was ours (it wasn’t, and it woke me up). With a good DEEP cleaning this place could be great.

We traveled as a group of seven and the townhouse was very roomy. Beds were very comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the pool. I asked for a broom and a brand new one was delivered to our door. It was a very nice vacation.
