Everything is new and clean. Close to everything but also quiet and privacy. Easy check in and out. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Had a very cozy feel. Would stay again, highly recommended!

The entire stay was excellent, from the host to the cleanliness of our cabin. The host was available for questions without any delays, our cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed for an excellent trip. The location was great, easy to get to and convenient to things to do in the area.

Lovely well appointed cabin in a very nice condition. The beds were very comfortable and the position of the cabin was excellent. Nearby to everything but far enough away from the main road to be lovely and peaceful. We loved that we were so close to Dollywood and could hear the Dollywood train from the back decking. Our 2 grandsons loved their bunk beds with the windows and their own TV's. Would highly recommend.

Stacey our host was great, lots of communication, quick responses, and very welcoming! Our Treetops cabin was very clean, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable! It only took us 5 mins to drive to Dollywood and get parked!! I will definitely book here again and highly recommend it if you’re looking for an awesome place to stay.

This cabin is so adorable!!! Pictures are accurate! Beds are super comfy with more than enough pillows, which you don't always get! We had a couple of hiccups but Stacy and the maintenance guy (super nice guy) took care of them very quickly!! View is perfect and hot tub is a great bonus! We booked next years stay before we even left! 2 Suggestions which have zero negative effect on this cabin, just would be a great addition is a small table on the deck with the hot tub and a floor mat when you walk into the cabin from the hot tub deck. Stacy was super helpful at all times of the day : )

It was a fantastic stay! Very clean, we loved the cabin! The kids loved the cabin. The hot tub was fantastic and warm. We enjoyed the back porch, with the trees it was shady and enjoyable. I would definitely visit this cabin or any other cabin they have to rent out. Beds were very comfortable!

Perfect getaway

We just wanted a quick getaway for the weekend before school started back. This was perfect, very close to Dollywood even though we didnt go. It kept us away from a lot of traffic using the roads nearby and only needing to use parkway strip right before whatever business instead of having to ride the strip the entire drive. Everything was laid out well, very great when communication. I will say there were black big ants in the bunk bed area , not many but a few at different times. Hair in the downstairs bed , just a little and toilet could have used a better clean. But it was still overall really good and had the new feel. We weren’t bothered by any neighbors or anything . Everything felt safe. We would def stay here again.

Beautiful Place

My elderly parents, my husband, daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It felt like we were in the wilderness but we were only a five minute drive to town. We loved the place and it had everything we needed included. We will be back! Thank you!

Great cabin in the woods

Everything was as advertised. Almost brand new cabins and they are beautiful inside. Beds and bedding was very comfortable. It was nice having 2 bathrooms. Location is right in the middle of things, yet stay is in the woods and secluded. It was a very nice stay and I would stay again.

Mountain Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this charming treehouse cabin! The location was perfect- close enough to the strip for easy access, yet far enough away to enjoy a peaceful, traffic-free retreat. We'll definitely be staying here again!
