We arrived at the house on saturday evening, the house was clean for the most part, the towels were not very good, they needed to be replaced, the pillows were dirty, the carpet in the basement was gross, and the pillows also needed to be replaced, for the money that we spent for our family get together things could have been a lot nicer, I do believe the check out time is a little early, 11:00 is the norm, I am not sure we would stay there again as the sheets in the bedroom off of the living room had dead bugs at the bottom of them, I do think they should upgrade the pillows and the towels along with a cleaning crew to clean the carpet in the media room.

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful cabin - everything was top notch! The cabin was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The kids absolutely loved the pool and movie room, which kept them entertained for hours. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our family getaway. Highly recommend this one for a relaxing and fun vacation!

We came for a large family getaway. The only problem we encountered was the basement bedroom and theater room were to warm. The thermostat was linked with the main floor and we couldn't keep everyone happy. The basement needs its own thermostat. Also the upstairs bathroom on the right is slow to drain and the fan is very loud.

This House Has It All

First off, let me start by saying that I usually do not leave reviews for anything because either I feel like they would not benefit anyone or I am not sure what to say. My family and I loved this house. There was a triple bunkbed in our room because my kids are clingy, they don't necessarily have to sleep with me but want to be near me, this made it much easier for my husband and I. Nanny slept across the hall. The pool and hot tub were hits for my kids, they loved having an indoor pool and swam almost every day. There are 3 balconies on the back of the house with plenty of seating for all. The theater room was a hit as well, they watched a couple movies in it. This place has a Keurig as well as a Nespresso and a regular coffee machine which kept the 3 adults going all well. The fridge was cold when we got there and there was ice in the freezer waiting for us. There are plenty of forks, spoons and kitchen utensils for anyone that wants to cook while they are there. There was a couple rolls of toilet paper, small soaps, paper towels and hand soap already there for us. We went to the store and bought more before we arrived, but there was enough for a family of 7 to keep going all week, we never opened our paper towels or toilet paper that we bought (I guess it depends how messy your kids are), mine must have not been messy this vacation. All in all, a beautiful house with nice views and plenty to offer. We would definately stay here again.

Great cabin with lots to do

We have stayed within Sherwood Forest 3 other times and the cabins get better every stay. This cabin is the BEST. Loved hiking in the morning, swimming, then a movie in the evening. Thank you for allowing us to have a great vacation.

Family Bonding

My parents wanted to spend quality time blending our growing families. She’s in the process of adopting three kids. I’m married now. My brother and his wife have three children. We all wanted a spacious place that would keep us close enough to bond and separate just enough to have privacy and not want to have a family feud. LOL!!! The pool was clean and so fun! Each porch was spacious and well-kept, with plenty of seating. We roasted marshmallows around the fire pit. The littles and the adults stayed happy, and the word bored was never mentioned. There are all sorts of board games on the coffee table. The sauna is AMAZING! I will stay here again. 10/10. I highly recommend it.

Our stay was absolutely remarkable and so memorable with both of our mothers being able to attend this year with us along with the kids such an amazing time and the cabin was nonetheless than perfect of what we had captured online we hope to stay again sometime and the decorations was absolutely beautiful for the holidays. Annual fall getaway

We travel to the pigeon forge every year for a family vacation and we always book a cabin. We book just looking at pictures and we have been disappointed at times, but not this year. We loved the cabin and the management team is first class. We also saw a bear and her 3 cubs outside the cabin twice.

Peaceful

We had a wonderful time! We went to a petting zoo, National Park, theme park and hung out at the Cabin a lot. We saw about ten bears around the cabin! The host had her maintenance man doing last minute things to the cabin when we pulled up. We mentioned the lock above the deadbolt was broken and we had a three year old and twin two year olds with us. He immediately fixed it and added a lock to the back door. It was very clean and our beds were comfy!

Great time

Perfect location. Kitchen fully stocked with cooking supplies. I even forgot my son’s cup & there was one here he could use! 10/10 would recommend. Theater room & pool was great for the kids. The adults enjoyed the porches. We saw bears not once but twice! Such an awesome experience. Can’t wait to come back again.

Family getaway

Our stay was amazing. The 4 kids ranging from 6-14 enjoyed everything the cabin had to ofter. The highlight of our stay was the 2 different visits from the momma and 3 baby cubs. Will definitely stay again.
