I loved the continuation of conversation through booking all the way to after checkout. The digital information made everything super simple. And the house was incredible. We had everything we needed except more time to stay. Grandkids loved the pool. My daughter and I loved the hot tub. Everyone loved the nerf guns. My husband loved all the smart TVs. And my son in law loved the decks and putter green. Loved this home !

The house was as listed, clean and plenty of room for our party of six. Close to everything but the neighborhood was quiet. We didn't bring any children but this would be a great place for kids. Video game machines , the pool, an outdoor pool/golf type game and an amazing Nerf launcher wall to keep them entertained. We loved the Nerf launcher wall, it brought out the kid in all of us!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, well stocked, spacious cabin home. Great location in quiet neighborhood with a short drive to attractions and breathtaking scenery. Excellent communication with easy check-on/out process. Getaway with my adult daughter and 3-month old grand baby. Loved it! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The cabin was well stocked with all the necessary supplies and equipment and the floorplan is perfect for families with small children (easy to keep quiet during nap time). We'll definitely look to book The Only Ten-I-See again then ext time we plan a vacation in the Smokies!

Family getaway

We decided last minute to make a trip to the mountains of Pigeon Forge. We were trying toEscape the heat of the south but it followed us. But it was ok the house has a pool and a hot tub and plenty of breezy porch sitting.

Great spot for a Pigeon Forge vacation. 10-15 minutes from everything off the Parkway. Very nice property and adequately stocked for our family vacation. Very clean, solid internet and comfortable. Would stay again if in the area.

Ideal location and Stay

We as a family enjoyed our stay here from 5/17 through 5/23. Very informative with the app that is provided that shows live videos for everything from the hot tub, pool, thermostat, etc. The house was plentiful with dishes, games, and anything you could possibly need. The pool was a hit with my grandchildren that are 3 and 5. The house was conveniently located to all the attractions and would definitely stay again. These are just suggestions, I would recommend placing a TV downstairs where the pool is located because it gives the adults something to do while watching kids, as well as provide a larger table or a picnic table so kids have somewhere to sit to have a quick snack. These are not deal breakers for the house because the property speaks for itself.The only issue we had which is the day we left 5/23 people were arriving in another property on the same street extremely fast and had no regard for anyone that was standing outside and we were trying to load up to leave and still did not slow them down. This was no fault to the property owners of where we stayed just ridiculous people who have no thought of others and the speed of their driving.
Kids absolutely loved the pool. It was clean and warm.

Nice place for a family with young children

The property was very clean and spacious. We were able to enjoy nice meals in the kitchen. The kiddos loved playing with the arcade games each day. It was such a treat having the indoor pool for some relaxation every night. The owner was very quick to respond when we had some questions.

Great location and so clean

Loved the house and its location very very clean, the safety gate and alarm for the pool was amazing to have for our littles. Host was amazing and answered any issues and questions asap. Only complaint is living room sitting was very uncomfortable. That would not stop me from renting this house again though.

Perfect spot for family

The Only TEN I SEE was the perfect spot for our family of four plus my parents. We had plenty of room for everyone and two dogs. The cabin is in a great location so that you’re close to everything but far enough off the main drag to enjoy the peace and quiet. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub was a perfect place to wind down at the end of the day. The kitchen was well stocked so we could make a lot of meals. Any time I had a question or concern Tanya was so quick to reply and was so on top of everything. I would definitely recommend this spot.

Family of 6 Vacation

This house easily accommodated our family of 4, plus grandparents. Our toddlers (2 & 4) loved the kid friendly touches (bunk bed, games, hot tub and pool. The host responded to an issue we had and kept in communication with us throughout our stay. The house was it a great location to all attractions. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!
