We’ve stayed at Bear Crossing several times and love the convenient location. The condo was comfortable and everything we needed for this trip. The host supplied great information before and during the stay and checked in to see how things were going. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay in Pigeon Forge! The location was perfect being right next to Teaster Lane, which bypasses the Parkway. If you know anything about Parkway you know it is slow and lots of traffic. We had an easy time checking in, and the instructions were great and very clear! They had great communication with us the whole time! We stayed here for New Years Eve and we were able to watch two fireworks shows from the balcony! There is also a beautiful river, and Riverwalk is right behind the building which takes you straight to Margaritaville Island. Our kids loved it! BONUS: The beds were big and very comfy!!! We love a place who values a good nights sleep!! Thank you for all your hospitality!

We loved the location of this condo and the beautiful river view. The condo was outdated, but very clean. The check-in process was great! Suggestions would be to provide some usb and C charging ports and some extra blankets for the bed. Otherwise, our stay was great and we would definitely return to this location.

Amazing!

I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and we wanted to take a weekend trip before I started chemo. I chose this condo due to the river, my goodness this condo did not disappoint! CLEAN is an understatement! This condo was pristine! The master bed we could just melt into, the jetted tub was a must. It was exactly what our family needed! We will definitely come back to this condo! I have never stayed at a location that was this perfect! Thank you for everything! 5 PLUS STARS needed!!

Short stay with grandchildren

The condo is very nice. Everything was exactly as advertised. The space was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I loved the porch overlooking the river. It was beautiful and the sound of the water running was some relaxing. The condo is convenient to everything in pigeon forge.
