We booked for a week, check in was easy. Place was clean. Furnishings and appliances are a little outdated. I would give 5 stars, but no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and no basic paper amenities to start of with. Otherwise it was a great value and we had a nice stay.

I loved this condo! The location couldn’t have been better for my business at the convention center. It was clean, quiet, and so comfortable. I’d stay again in a heartbeat! We walked along the river in the mornings for exercise and in the evenings to enjoy the amusement park rides. Even though it’s right in the heart of everything, it somehow feels tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. Our host communicated beautifully. Very happy!

Everything was great! The rooms were very nice, the place is quite cozy, and the river is right there. There’s a nice table and chairs on the large balcony, we didn’t get to go out there much because we had so much to do and nights were very cold. The kitchen is very cute, it has everything you need. This girls trip was awesome! We had a great time! The only thing was the fire place didn’t work, I didn’t call because we were only there for a short time. I mean who knew it was going to be 43 degrees at night!, and it would’ve been nice. I’m sure it was something we didn’t do for it to come on. All in all we had a great time! I would definitely stay here again!!
I forgot to take pictures of the inside, but here’s one of the front!! The river sounded so good!! Was a great place

Our stay was wonderful. We were in town to go to the LeConte Center. The location was perfect because it was just a short walk over the bridge and we were there. No more than 5 minutes! It also was so close to shopping and restaurants. The condo was very clean. The host made the process so easy. We would definetly stay here again!

This is a lovely property! The 2 bedroom 2 fulls is just what we needed! It is centrally located and in walking distance of the Island and other shops and restaurants. The river that runs just behind it is peaceful and beautiful! We will definitely be returning to enjoy another stay in the near future.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It had everything we needed and it was the perfect location. We were at a convention at the LeConte Center. It was great to just walk over the bridge to get to it. Definitely recommend.

Good Location, Need Upgrades

The location is a highlight, just a couple of blocks from the main strip, making it super convenient for exploring. The host was responsive and easy to reach via message, which we appreciated.However, the apartment desperately needs upgrades. The beds in both rooms were very uncomfortable and old, with creaky frames that made annoying squeaky noises at the slightest movement. The headboards were loose, adding to the discomfort. There were no curtains in either bedroom, and the basic vinyl blinds were broken, offering little privacy—anyone could easily peek in from outside, which felt unsettling. While the kitchen and bathrooms were clean, the balcony and its table were dirty and neglected.Overall, the location saved this stay, but the property needs significant improvements to be comfortable and welcoming.

Brief Stay

My sister-in-law and I had a brief girls trip to enjoy Margaritaville Island for an evening and this condo was perfect for relaxing on the balcony while enjoying the river and wildlife too. Our king suites were roomy and I loved the huge bathtub jucuzzi. I do wish the mattress was a little firmer. Overall, 4 stars. We would have loved to have individual coffee packs and condiments.

We loved it here!! We visit TN often and this was one of our top stays ever!! The location was perfect for downtown or dollywood, it was clean, nice, great communication throughout the stay, and a beautiful view! Hope to visit here again very soon!

Perfect location!

This property is in the perfect location for both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg activities. If you are looking to visit Dollywood, the Island, or any other major attractions, you won't be disappointed. Forgot something essential? Walgreen's is just a walk across the parking lot. Being located on the Little Pigeon River made our evenings relaxing.
