Cabin was excellent. Super clean! Everything was in working order. Beds were very comfy as well. Our host was always quick with responding to our questions. Neighborhood was very quiet! Will definitely stay again!

Perfect location and layout but the a/c wasn’t working on 1st and 2nd floors for our stay. Temperature stayed in the upper 80s inside. Management was very good at responding to messages but they were unable to repair the 25 year old hvac system

Awesome Home

We loved the place!The cabin was close to everything. The place was clean, check in was really good. It was right next to the pool! Communication with host was excellent! We had one small problem it was quickly addressed and fixed. We had a blast! I would definitely be back! We loved it!

We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful time and the cabin was perfect. Our 4 year old granddaughter wanted to live there. The cabin was very clean. I never wear shoes in the house and was amazed how clean the floors were. It was close to Dollywood and the strip. Directly across from the pool, which was perfect for my granddaughterWhen we come back, we will definitely try to get this cabin again. The owners were easy to work with, the cabin was clean, and the location was great. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends.

Great Experience

It was a great cabin experience for my family, the weather was good enough for the kids to be able to get to the pool. It's not as much activity for the kids outside of the pool around the cabin, but of course there are so many different awesome things to do! Overall great stay!

Amazing location and host!

Home was well kept, clean, had all basic necessities for kitchen, bedding, and bathroom. We travelled up with a 1 year old and they had a high chair, baby gate, baby plates and utensils as well as a pack and play! The hosts really thought of everything for us. Home is super close to the island, Ripken experience and shopping, as well as a quick ride to Gatlinburgh which we drove up every evening for various activities. Will absolutely stay here again!

We had a very pleasant stay at this duplex cabin. Good accommodations, clean, and super cool to have 3 levels to make it feel more private when you have the teenager kids or friends staying with you.

Excellent host

The property was good. It had a few small issues that were quickly addressed when we let Justin know. Justin and his team were quick to resolve the problem and we really appreciated that. This cabin was close to everything and a very nice quiet place to relax and unwind at the end of the day. If i had a suggestion it would be replace the upstairs mattress, it is uncomfortable. Thank you for the wonderful cabin Justin !!!relax and unwind unwiat the end of the day.

Solid 3. Surprised by all the 5's.

Great location. Cute cabin. Very clean. I give it a solid 3 because there are many little things that could easily be done to turn this property into a 5. As others have said, we could hear EVERYTHING in the adjoining duplex. Only a thin panel covers previous door passages between them. The cabin screams "rental". Mismatched lightbulbs, chewed-up baseboards and moldings, very noisy on lower floor when someone walks on the main floor. Space is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. No hot water first night due to breaker. Note that both bedrooms require stair-climbing, which was not a problem, but was a surprise.

Beautiful cabin with perfect location.... but not everything was in working order

The cabin was beautiful, picturesque and immaculatly clean. We had two different family's in our party so it worked out perfectly to have an upstairs bedroom and basement with shared living area. We did have a bunch of problems during our stay. We did not have wifi and spent way too much time communicating back and forth with mgmt... they have us 3 different passwords to try.... ultimately we didn't get it wiring until the last day of our stay, and my brother who is in IT had to fix it. (He said something was unplugged). The toilet in the basement did not work and the microwave made a weird popping noise and burning smell. So wet could not use it. They did send a maintenance man at 8pm the night before we checked out. He fixed the toilet and said the microwave was dead. Did not make for a relaxing trip having to spend so much time troubleshooting problems for them. The day at left, our next door neighbors in our duplex told me they had tons of problems with their cabin too. And they never had internet their whole stay. The walls in between duplexs are not soundproofed. We could hear every word. And unfortunately our neighbors were very loud. Not property's fault but something to note

Great location. Easy access to things. A few updates needed. Microwave didn’t work. Also not one bedroom is downstairs and one is upstairs. Great communication with hosts. Would recommend.

Overall great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The location was perfect for Dollywood and the pizza place across the street was great! The layout of the duplex was perfect for our family with one bedroom up and the other in the basement/lower floor area. A couple of minor things that weren't great: the microwave in the kitchen did not work so we had to go downstairs to heat up food; the toilet downstairs was SO difficult to flush that we thought we might break it and it took my husband to push down the lever; the fireplace was not working; and on our last night, there was a family next door and it was very loud (not insulated well). But, overall, good for a couple of nights!

Perfect. Literally no issues

Perfectly close to pigeon forge. It’s really exactly what we wanted: modern, clean, easy to get to, a short term home away from home. Lovely area, perfect sleeping arrangements etc. no issues. Owner was very communicative and on top of things. Would stay again.

Fall get away

Location was ideal. About a 5 minute drive from main strip. Nice and quiet. Ideal for 2 couple retreat with 1 bedroom on loft and other invbasement with kitchen and living room on middle floor. Nice and roomy.
