Just minutes from Caseville, our home is freshly painted and tastefully remodeled with upgraded appliances, new flooring, premium mattresses and a stunning view of Lake Huron! The private sandy beach, evening bonfires and exquisite sunsets will set the stage for your relaxing break from reality! Our home is spotless, in a quiet neighborhood and features many modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The home boasts 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, completely remodeled kitchen, brand new heating and air conditioning units, gorgeous patio furniture and gas fireplace. Several safety features, too, including outdoor motion lights, a safety fence, 3 fire extinguishers and all new smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Whether you're looking to relax on the deck, enjoy water activities, build sandcastles with your little ones or explore nearby attractions, our lake house is the perfect getaway for families, couples or friends. This was a nice property! Very clean even the outdoor spaces. We enjoyed the beach! The view from the main floor is beautiful- doorwalls across the entire north wall.

If you are looking for one of the cleanest homes in Caseville with an amazing view, this is it!Myself, wife and 3 kids stayed. The swimming, beach, and amazing views were incredible!I have never rented a home in which it was so clean!Susie was amazing. We will be back!

We had an amazing girls’ weekend! The sandy beach was gorgeous, the home had tons of space for us to spread out, and the firepit made our evenings absolutely perfect. We spent hours talking, laughing, and unwinding. Highly recommend this spot!

Excellent house right on the lake just minutes outside Caseville. Clean and spacious home. Excellent beachfront. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful home on the Bay! A fine deck overlooking the water on Saginaw Bay.Many amenities are included in this hyper clean home!We had our 10 person adult family there and enjoyed not only the home and water, but Caseville coffee, grocery stores, and some shopping nearby! Great Farmers market in Port Austin on Saturdays, about 25 minutes away. Plenty of parking for our 6 cars!!Susie is always available for a response on our many questions beforehand and during our stay! All good!

Property was fantastic! As advertised, there was a great view of the lake, and perfect set up for us. Check in process was smooth and Susie was very attentive to any questions we had. A fabulous weekend, we will definitely be back!!

Gorgeous place on Lake Huron with a great view of Charity Island and close to Caseville. The beach has beautiful sand where you can wade out for hundreds of feet. Bedrooms are comfortable and the living spaces are spacious, recently updated, tastefully decorated and perfect for playing games. The large deck overlooking Lake Huron is a great place to relax with family and friends while watching the sun set.
