Welcome to Hôtel Particulier 1900, an exceptional 500 m² residence nestled in the heart of Pignans, a charming Provençal village in the Var region, where everything is within walking distance.

This historic building has been tastefully renovated and perfectly blends old-world charm with modern comforts. Every detail has been carefully chosen to offer a unique experience. Every light, every material creates a rare and inviting atmosphere.

On the ground floor: a vast, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (2 ovens, 2 dishwashers) opens onto a dining room that can seat up to 20 people around a large 4.5-meter table. A library and an office complete this floor, perfect for relaxing between visits to the region (Cotignac, the Îles d'Or, the Carmignac Foundation in Porquerolles, Collobrières, Saint-Tropez, Bormes-les-Mimosas, etc.).

Upstairs, nine bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and air conditioning, await you:

- 1st floor: 2 double bedrooms (180cm and 160cm beds), 1 bedroom with two 140cm bunk beds, and a pool table room with a small SMEG refrigerator—perfect for pre-dinner drinks.

- 2nd floor: 3 double bedrooms (180cm beds) and 1 bedroom with four bunk beds.

- 3rd floor: 2 large double bedrooms (180cm beds) with private terraces and breathtaking views of the Massif des Maures mountains, a yoga/cinema room with a video projector, and a wellness area with a sauna and fitness room.

Outside, the garden opens around a swimming pool with an electric cover, perfect for long, sunny Provençal days. In the conservatory, the immense, century-old orange tree perfumes the air—its fruit will be made into jam for your table. Several relaxation areas invite you to unwind and daydream. In the evening, the terrace is adorned with crystal chandeliers under the century-old pergola, for unforgettable dinners. A barbecue completes this haven for your summer nights.

The house is easily accessible by train thanks to Pignans train station, a 10-minute walk from the property.

Linens (sheets and bath towels) and beach towels are included.

Other remarks
We expect respectful and tidy guests. We take great care of our property; artwork and antique furniture adorn the spaces.

We will provide our guests with a booklet of our favorite places: nice restaurants, hidden beaches, local producers and farmers, and last but not least: the best wines of the region, and the best times to visit the vineyards.
