“Nice”

“The property is very cute, but very small. The bedrooms are tiny and do not have any side tables for the beds. The beds are decent comfort, but I guess I am spoiled by my own mattress at home. The kitchen is well appointed. The property does state that there is a limited supply of basic items, such as toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, so if you are staying longer that two days bring extra or be prepared to buy more. For as much as we paid an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom...

“We enjoyed our stay. It was cozy and welcoming and I'd recommend it to anyone ☺️ if your hungry please visit Dunlap Restaurant it was a down home treat”

“This was the perfect house for us to stay in for our grandson's wedding at the Trinity Chapel in historic downtown Dayton. Not only is it just a few minutes from the chapel, it is beautiful and very comfortable. With a king size bed and 2 full bathrooms adjacent to the living area downstairs, it had everything we needed. It also has 2 upstairs bedrooms (no bathroom) that would work for older children or grandchildren though we didn’t need them for this trip. I appreciated that the rear entrance...

“Very clean and well stock place.”

“The cottage was absolutely charming and cozy. Had everything u need for a relaxing stay. Very peaceful area. Was greeted by a bunch of horses across the street. The price was an added bonus, much cheaper than a hotel room. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.”

“My family of 8 recently stayed here and it was so perfect and felt like home. The beds were comfy and inviting, the kitchen and island were spacious enough and included all the gadgets needed for preparing a meal. The water views from the back of the house were nice to look at and so peaceful. We were able to rent a pontoon from the marina and docked it at the house overnight. We didn't really want to leave! There were a few things we wish had been better. There was a bit of an ant issue on the...

“It was a good get away weekend. Very beautiful home and beautiful views! Would definitely come back again!”

“This is beautiful fully renovated home in a quiet peaceful setting. It was the perfect location to visit all the waterfalls in the area.”

“Needed a little get-away not too far from home. This little cottage is perfect in so many ways. It's in a quiet, private neighborhood. Parking is convenient with circular drive. Don't skip the history of the area and home in the welcome notebook. We fell in love with the Crab Orchard Stone on the house. Ended up going to a stone yard and getting some scrap pieces for our garden at home! The cabin has everything you need for a couple of days. Very comfy common area with big TV, nice views out the...
