“Very clean, peaceful, relaxing, and comfortable. The house is cozy and tastefully decorated. The floorplan makes this relatively small house seem spacious. The kitchen features a gas range and oven, and plenty of quality pots and pans etc. We cooked for three nights and had all we needed to make meals. Everything in the house is new and up-to-date. Lester, the host, has lived in the house next door since 1979, and his wife did a wonderful job decorating the interior. This is a farm property...

“We gave each of our grandkids an 'experience' for this past Christmas and our one grandson wanted to fish the Tennessee River. He and my husband, plus two very close family friends went for a 'guys' trip and they had a blast! The house had everything needed, the beds were comfortable, the dock was right there on the property, and the host was amazing and responded to any questions that we had. The lake is so beautiful and the marina just across the way were very easy to work with! Overall, 10!...

“We visited the area for a festival and picked this location since it was in-town and close to the festival. We stayed with some friends, and it worked out perfectly. This property was clean and clearly renovated. The furniture was tasteful and not cluttered (just what you needed for your visit). The AC worked well and the rainfall shower in the master bathroom was too relaxing (spent too much time in there). We did not use all the facilities available, because we were out most of the time...

“Outstanding views, waterfront, equipped with everything you need for a getaway. Conveniently located a short drive to Dunlap. Neighbor’s were very friendly, grandkids loved the paddle boats. Excellent WiFi, nicely maintained house and property. We were lucky, stayed over the July 4th weekend and the HOA puton a great fireworks show. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Tennessee. ”
