“The house was the perfect size for our group of 15. The group consisted of grandparents, their 3 kids, spouses, and the the grandkids. Each set of adults had their own bedrooms with bathroom plus the kids' bedroom. “This is a wonderful beach rental. Very clean. Within easy walking distance of the beach, Pelican Brewery, a coffee shop, small market and a tacos/burgers place. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots, pans, etc, for cooking meals. It was an easy drive to Lincoln City. Beds were very comfortable. It was quiet. The gas fireplace was cozy. “The property is in a quiet neighborhood. Not too far away from Oceanside or Tillamook. My family of four liked the cozy feel of the home. The only thing it lacked was more seating choices in the living room. The space is small but one of us had to sit at the kitchen area to watch TV. Three on the couch was not very comfortable.
