“New and clean room. I think it's better than the other hotels in the area. It's also very near the supermarket and the mall. Staff are courteous and service-oriented. The issue is that there is only one outlet for charging your devices. I had to use the outlets in the bathroom and the one used for the coffee maker. “Hotel looks great when you first walk in. Lobby is bright and clean. The rooms and floors above the main lobby are the opposite. Rooms are not clean, they don’t appear to be maintained. Towels look old and grey instead of white. No hot water so had to take cold showers. Housekeeping is hit and miss.
