“No sé respeto la hora de check in, ni la anticipada ofrecida por el anunciante ni la estándar. Entregaron la propiedad casi una hora tarde, y no hubo más que una disculpa. La propiedad la rente por un viaje de placer asi que todo lo programe para no tener que esperar en la calle a que me entregaran la propiedad, y eso no lo considero el anunciante, es más él no me notifico del retraso, me entere hasta que llegue unos minutos después del check in estándar.”

“We recently spent 17 days at Back of the Moon Cottage while I was recovering from major back surgery. We live over 3 hours from Marshall Hospital where my surgery was performed so I couldn't return home right away. The Cottage was the perfect place for us to stay. It was very clean and very quiet. Kim and Seth were amazing and always available for anything we needed. It was a wonderful experience staying there.”

The host and on-site property manager were very responsive to the couple of questions I had. I was a single traveler, and although the property could sleep a couple more, it was perfect for my needs. “The host prepared very well. An amazing amount of things that we might need to know (although not our first rodeo on VRBO/ARB places) were clearly (and nicely) labeled. A LOT of help to figure things out, although a lot that would seem obvious. The house met or exceeded our expectations. It was more ADA friendly than we planned for. The floorpan was great to expand into. We were VERY please.”

“Upon first viewing images of this property I couldn't believe how nice this place looked in the profile. On the day of arrival this place was as described and more. We stayed the weekend for a basketball tournament and our boys and other parents were grateful having stayed here than a cookie cutter hotel room. Location - convenient to ALL you need. Host - friendly, responsive and top notch. If needed to stay longer, I couldn't imagine wanting to find any other place to stay. Keep it up and...
