This was a fun, cozy spot for a getaway! We enjoyed the cabin for our overnight trip and it was nice and warm, despite the cold winter temps outdoors. It was beautiful with all of the trees on the property and we loved getting to see the stars. The breakfast was tasty and much appreciated. It was nice having the workout equipment, sauna, and DVDs; we would have used them more if we’d stayed longer. The hosts were so hospitable and communicative. We would definitely come back!

A Sweet Retreat!

This was a great little place to get away to. The cottage is very tiny, but had most of what I needed. The bed, surrounded by huge windows, was so comfortable! The private bathhouse was right nearby. And the owners were very friendly and helpful. I will be visiting again!

Great getaway!

My kids and I stayed here thinking we might catch a glimpse of the northern lights. Although the weather was not in our favor, we had a great time. The cabin is clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We were shocked at the small amount of mosquitoes! We will stay here again!

Quaint fun little stay!!

It was great! Our 16 year old foster daughter wasn't overly impressed (she wanted more space!) and decided to sleep in the car with our dog, LOL, but it was a lot of fun! Great memories! Cute place and would be wonderful for a romantic getaway or little retreat in the woods.

Great tiny home in the woods.

Overall, this is a very relaxing place to unplug. Owners put a lot of time into the little things that some people would not think about. Lots of firewood, kindling, coffee, games and DVD's. I would recommend this tiny home to anyone inquiring. Thank you for the relaxing time. We needed it.

Fun getaway

Driving in it was really quaint but seeing the big pole barn really ruined the wilderness feel. It was a very cold weekend which we knew going into it but the cabins could be better insulated or they could use better heaters. Maybe improve the electrical so you don’t have to unplug a heater to run the appliances. It made me question the safety Other than that the host was very hospitable and went out of her way to try to make sure we were warm and had what we needed. We would go back when it is warmer.

Though she be but little, she be fierce

We spent three lovely nights in this tiny cabin, and enjoyed every minute. It is very small, but the size was part of the charm for us. It was cozy, comfortable, and clean. Even our 15-year-old dog loved it. A campfire was already set up for us when we arrived, so all we had to do was lite a match! Plus, fresh cream for our coffee was waiting for us in the fridge. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back. A surprise bonus was the very cute and friendly dog Molly (pictured in chair) who got along great with our dog. We spent one day hiking in the nearby St Croix State Park, and also stopped at the Burnett Dairy Farm for breakfast. Most of our time, though, was spent reading by the very tranquil pond behind the tiny cabin. We loved reading while listening to the sounds of the frogs. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to come back soon. -Drew, Alec, and Meisje the dog
