This house fit our 8 adults & 2 kids very nicely. Our stay took place in January, so we didn’t get the chance to use the back patio, bbq or firepit, so I cannot comment on those. We had a heating issue during our stay, but Kevin (the maintenance tech) quickly took care of it for us! Overall, the house is very nice and we would probably return!The disappointment came from the vague listing and the responsiveness of the property management contact. The listing doesn’t state what type of fireplace this home has, so we assumed it was either gas or electric. Turns out you need pellets to work this fireplace, but we were not informed of this before our stay, nor were any pellets supplied at the house. Therefore we weren’t able to use the fireplace the first night. Luckily the maintenance tech brought us some pellets when he came to fix the heating the next morning!Neither of the bath tubs have stoppers either. So if you have kids and plan on giving them baths at night, you won’t be able to.Also, the property management contact did eventually respond to all of my questions and concerns, but the amount of time it took them to respond was too long. Several hours sometimes.Overall a nice stay and I would recommend this home to others. But what I listed above should be worked on by the property management team to ensure a better stay for future renters!
