A few important notes before you book:

This property operates under local compliance requirements. To finalize your reservation, you'll need to complete a signed rental agreement and ID verification through our secure guest portal (no app download required). A $5,000 security hold will be placed as a pending transaction - not charged - or you may opt for a non-refundable damage waiver ($85 for stays up to 10 nights, +$15/day beyond that).
No pets. This is a strictly pet-free home, no exceptions. Violation incurs a minimum $500 fee up to the full security deposit amount.
This is a home, not a hotel. We ask that all guests treat it accordingly. No on-site staff - but we're always a message away.
Optional add-ons available through your guest portal: late checkout ($40/hour), firewood bundles ($35/bundle, subject to fire restrictions).

Travel insurance is strongly recommended, particularly for winter travel. Reservations become non-refundable after a certain point, and mountain weather is unpredictable.
