“What an amazing place! Set in beautiful gardens and full of wildlife! Beautiful accommodation and so nice to be able to walk around all the gardens! The Japanese garden was our favourite! Also the cakes and coffee in the cafe are lovely! ”

“Unterkunft sehr gut. Einzelne Zimmer, sehr sauber und freundlich. Küche und Bad alles da was man braucht. Leider kein Aufzug, mit schwerem Gepäck etwas mühsam. Gute Lage in Nähe Bahnhof und Busbahnhof. Prompte Kommunikation zur Verwaltung, sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”

“Obwohl wir ein anderes Zimmer gebucht hatten, bekamen wir ein Barriere freies Rollstuhl Zimmer und Bad. Dort wurde bestimmt seit zwanzig Jahren nichts mehr erneuert. Der Geruch war fürchterlich. “This gets a top rating due to the service & hospitality.
The hosts are ultra welcoming and friendly. And gave me some great tips on places to visit, including nearby scenic walks.
Plus Simon cooks a top English breakfast and Paula does a great job of keeping the place in order.
They allow dogs, although best to check with them before booking to make sure they will get on with their dogs ok.
The nearby road is noisy early morning, but only if you keep the window fully open.”
