“Really clean, spacious and loads of plug sockets which was great. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and car park out the back was very convenient. We walked to Coventry Arena close by, through the big Tesco round the back and found other shops too - incredibly handy would definitely go back. Met the owner and he was really nice, and asked if there was anything he could do - really lovely service. Easily 5*.”

“The hotel facilities are good. Bed is comfy, breakfast is nice. However I was attending a conference and had a parcel delivered 3 days in advance which was received by a staff member. When asking for it, they never found it. I was chasing the staff as i had to basically tell her how to proceed (contact the employee who signed up for the package and track it down, simple!). Not even the reception manager showed up to do something about it nor apologise for the situation. At the end of the day, I...

“Had low expectations of a motorway services hotel but was pleasantly surprised. Arrived late and had a really pleasant welcome by the guy in reception. Asked where I was off to in the morning and pleased he did as he told me about the shortcut to get back on the M6 southbound. Saved me a 20mile detour. Lady in the morning was also very pleasant. Room was clean and quiet for a hotel on the M6. Was great value for a bed for the night. ”

“el hotel es muy grande y anda mucha gente, pero es muy cómodo. cama tremendamente cómoda. Habitación amplia. SPA bueno para una desconexión al final del día. Desayuno muy bueno. la única pega que a eso de la 1 de la mañana empezó a sonar un ventilador/compresor en el baño que daba una conexión central. por lo demás, como para repetir.”
