The interior showcases a carefully curated mix of mid-century modern, Native American and bohemian elements, creating a unique and luxurious atmosphere. Comfortably sleeping four guests, the home features a plush queen bed, and a queen pullout sofa mattress.

We invite guests to indulge in the mesmerizing beauty of fiery sunsets from the expansive wrap-around wood deck, boasting 360-degree panoramic views. Relax in ample outdoor seating, swim / sunbathe in the pool (non-heated), and unwind in the heated jacuzzi. The home is an icon for eco-luxury and a 100% off-grid home. Powered by solar energy, propane, and water deliveries, with a backup generator, enjoy modern comforts while embracing sustainable living. Please note, the house does not have central AC and runs off a swamp cooler and mini split AC system.

LOCATION
Located in a secluded area North of Pioneertown, adjacent to the bighorn mountain wilderness. 4-wheel drive is not required, however there are approximately 3.4 miles of dirt roads to access the home. Nearby attractions include downtown Pioneertown, Pappy & Harriets, Red Dog Saloon, Joshua Tree National Park, La Copine, and Palm Springs.
15 minutes to downtown Pioneertown and Pappy & Harriets and downtown Flamingo Heights. 25 minutes to downtown Yucca Valley. 30 minutes to downtown Joshua Tree.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
- WILDLIFE - This home is specifically built as an indoor/outdoor home to be able to enjoy a bit of both worlds. As such, you may encounter wildlife. Please be mindful of your surroundings and personal safety. Please keep windows and doors closed, as to not let the critters in.
- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your FIELDTRIP home is now easier than ever. FIELDTRIP's mobile app experience (powered by DACK) contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you'll find it all here. This app is highly encouraged to check into your FIELDTRIP home and thoroughly (and effortlessly) enjoy the property and amenities.
- PETS - Pets are permitted with the receipt of a pet fee. The fee is $150 per pet, up to 2 pets. Please inquire about Service Animals and next steps to waive the fees.
- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.
- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.
- EVENTS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Written approval and an additional Event fee is required.
- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. Please note that we charge production fees starting at $1k / hour ($12k / day) for all commercial, professional, promotional, editorial, and or revenue-generating photography and videography shot on the property. For these activities, we require payment in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT IF YOUR SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.
