“Ample parking. Friendly, helpful staff. A good breakfast and a very enjoyable evening meal. The room and premises was immaculately clean. There is no lift to the rooms, we didnt need this, but it might be an issue for some. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.”

“No esta mal, pero esta mas destinado para gente mayor y de la tercera edad, las habilidades no estan mal, pero se hecha de menos un refriguerador, o aire acondicionado. El servicio de limpieza pesimo, se llevan las toallas sucias y no te dejan limpias, no te cambian sabanas aunque esten sucias, solo te estiran la cama y poco mas...no se lo que esperaba encontrar. Pero no es tan malo.”

“We stayed here on a Car Club weekend with a large party of friends including an annual dinner. Although the staff were helpful and tried their best to provide a good service, there were too few of them; especially on the Sunday evening. Apparently, there were only 5 out of 25 staff that should have been on duty meaning there was no housekeeping (therefore rooms not serviced) and the kitchen, bar and waiting staff were hard pressed to keep up with demand. The food, when it eventually arrived,...

“An older property, but well maintained and fully functional. 1st floor rooms had sloping ceiling which impacted space a little. Adjacent to a very popular BBQ restaurant, which meant busy car parking area. Hotel on a lake with long walks possible on paved walkways, complete with abundant aquatic fowl to watch.”

“The room was a little tired and dirty. The bathroom has not been cleaned well. There were hairs in the tub and marks/dirt on the toilet seat and around the sink area. The front desk staff were pleasant enough, though at check in I was told I owed £40 but I’d already paid the full amount. The redeeming part was the breakfast- good food and friendly staff. ”

“Comfortable night’s stay in a standard family room, apart from the sofa bed which wasn’t comfortable our two grandchildren told us. Breakfast was fine.”

“The room was clean and comfortable, and the lake view was beautiful. The onsite pub and restaurant had just closed down , which meant a walk alongside the lake which was only a few minutes, to the pub restaurant next to a Premier inn. There was a lot of activity on the lake when we arrived and other activities advertised on site. This was only a stopover for us but was pleasant ”
