“Absolutely lovely place, Very modern styling, Comfy bedding, Big shower and all round very nice, Unfortunately though, When it came to the bathroom, We found the toliet seat wasn't even bolted on properly in Room 1, It kepts sliding bout when lifting the seat. Was little annoying, and the only other thing that would make it Absolutely the best is a mini fridge to be able to keep food and drinks cold. Other than that, It was absolutely lovely 8.5/10”

“This is not a conventional hotel but rather a guest house with a fascinating history and purpose. It is run as a charity with a worthwhile purpose and deserves business but just know what you are getting. No question I would go back. Seafront view marvelous. ”

“Fantastic stay. I received a warm welcome and was informed of the history of the main house and given informationabout breakfast and the relaxing bar area. Breakfast orders are taken the evening before, and my order was delivered to the dining room at exactly the time ordered (it was hot, fresh and delicious). There are cereals etc already in the room. “Booked the King Suite. Nice room, very comfortable bed. Room is quite dated though. Bathroom is very small and again dated. Needs modernisation. ”

“Well, well, well, what an amazing hotel Every aspect was just perfect. The Art Deco Sunrise suite was amazing with views of the sea, the staff were very hospitable and the food excellent. Would certainly use this brilliant hotel again.”

“Over the last few years all my family have enjoyed visiting the Hatfield Hotel as the downstairs restaurant is lovely and the staff are always very welcoming. This is the first time I stayed for a few days and not only is it great value, the sea view and the sound of the waves coming in are exceptionally calming … it’s right on the beach so we saw the first light dawn in the most easterly place in the UK. It’s a treat.”

“Our room was clean & tidy. The staff were pleasant & helpful. The breakfast, food in the evening & drink were good & reasonably priced. Overall we have no complaints & enjoyed our stay. Communication prior to our stay was good as the hotel kept us informed of any issues & events taking place. In the summer having direct access to the beach would be great for families. Yarmouth was not far to travel to. Thank you to all the staff. ”
