“Firstly no bottled water in room was told that they could fill a container of water for us but we said that would be water from tap they said yes as we explained we don’t drink tap water. Next was noise from other guests, this is not the owners fault but a rule saying the premises would be locked at a certain time would benefit guests staying at property instead we had other guests entering the property slamming every door they went through at half past midnight then to have one occupant start...
