UBICACIÓN ..... UBICACIÓN ..... UBICACIÓN ..... UBICACIÓN .... No hay otra casa que tenga una mejor ubicación con vistas parciales al océano y al muelle. Estamos a pasos de la playa, el muelle, el océano y la ciudad. ¡Y tenemos estacionamiento en la calle! Esta casa está EN PISMO BEACH (muchas casas que figuran en VRBO no están realmente en Pismo Beach. Ten cuidado). También somos dueños de la casa de al lado, si usted es un grupo más grande. The location of this property is key, so close to the beach. It was fun to hang out together to eat and play games in the great room on the top floor which includes the kitchen, family room and dining area. It also has a view of the ocean and a wrap around deck.The beds were a little soft but otherwise comfortable. The master bathroom upstairs was very spacious.

Pismo Beach Family Vacation

This is a spacious, beautiful home in the perfect location in Pismo Beach. It had all the amenities we needed. We were within easy walking distance of the pier and so many wonderful restaurants and shops. The adults and kids in the group were both comfortable and so happy with the accommodations.

The location was perfect! One of the best stocked kitchens as far as cooking in the home went, had every utensil/pot/gadget we could need that we are used to having at home. Even made cupcakes for the kids to enjoy! Coffee on the patio was nice, and so much space to sleep for the 5 of us we could have taken a few family members and made the kids share a room and still be comfortable! Very comfortable beds, and easy to fall asleep in! Thank you! This will be the first home we look for availability in when we return to Pismo!

Always perfect for us

Annual Family Beach Trip

We had a wonderful girls trip. The beach restaurants and shopping are all walking distance or a short drive. The homeowner has done a fabulous job with this property. We will be back!

Family Stay

We needed a place to stay for my father's 90th birthday weekend. This place is wonderful. It is a block or so from the Pismo pier and located in a quiet area just off downtown Pismo. Communications with the owner was super easy and we had no problems with making arrangements or during our stay. I would not hesitate to stay again if the this place was available at a time we had a number of people who worked well with this place. Thank you.

Pismo - Weekend Retreat

Loved this home! Clean, well kept, and beautifully decorated. Living space was perfect for chatting and we loved the big corner window with a view of the ocean. The kitchen was a plus, too! Loved the Keurig as well as the regular coffee maker. The dishes and silverware were ample and well coordinated. Used both the table and bar for eating. Loved the king bedrooms, each with a bath!

Spacious home with perfect location!

We had a great time at this Pismo home! It had everything we wanted and needed. A view, a lovely wrap around balcony, the most ideal walking location to the beach/downtown/kids park, plenty of space for our family (our family (2 kids), my mom, sister, niece and in laws), parking for 3 cars!!! My family kept thanking me for finding such an awesome place for us to stay. We walked down to ‘cool cats’ one night and bought food back as we wanted to enjoy the house more than eating out (was great food by the way!) We had a fantastic stay. Thanks for having us!

Remarkable Residence - Restaurants - - Relaxation

Our family takes a beach vacation every year and this was our first time at Pismo Beach. We loved every minute! I cannot say enough good things about the house, it’s lay out and it’s location! The walkability to everything was fantastic. So many wonderful restaurants in the area, but do you hop in your car and go to Zorro’s! The beach was a family’s playground. A big shout out to Jonny Ziegler and Sandbar Surf! Or just relax in the sun or one of the nearby oceanfront restaurants with a cool drink. You can’t miss with this house and location!

Very good property and great location. Only couple issues. Keurig did not work. Keurig displayed noted needed to be descaled. TV in upstairs not connected to WiFi so property manager had to come over to get working. Nice to have had that working when checked in. Would have been helpful to have beach towels.

Location Location Location

Our family decided to take three days to get away from everyday stress and Pismo was our destination of choice. The house is nice. It’s not luxurious but clean, certainly sufficient for up to 10 people but you will need a blow up mattress for two people of staying with 10. Laurie the property manager and point of contact was really pleasant and so incredibly responsive. It makes everything so much more enjoyable when you have questions and receive such rapid responses from the property manager. The big seller here is location. You can’t beat the location of the house. It is just steps from the beach and pier as well as downtown Pismo which has a ton of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this home. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Laurie!

Great house in amazing location

We had a great time at this home. My mom, husband, brother, and sister-in-law comfortably stayed here with our 5 kids. The location is perfect. We walked to Old West Cinnamon Rolls every morning for breakfast. We then went to the pier or the awesome little playground next to the pier to burn off some energy. The walk to the beach is super easy, even for the little legs of our 2-year-old. We also ate at the restaurants within walking distance and had a few drinks at local hotels for quick date nights. (Lunch/Dinner: Pismo Fish and Chips, Rosa's, Splash Cafe, Mo's BBQ, Ada's Fish House. Drinks: Sandcastle Hotel, Vespera Resort, Inn at the Pier, and Oyster Bar.) We would return to all of them. Accommodations worked well also. 2 rooms and a bathroom for our family, an en-suite for my brother's family, and an en-suite for my mom. (Our kids actually rotated sleeping in the closet on the first floor because it reminded them of Harry Potter's closet beneath the stairs :-) ) Communication with the property manager was excellent. Always responded quickly and clearly. We were here for a full week and truly enjoyed our time. I would strongly recommend sharing this home with your family. Only minor thing we would suggest is a good carpet cleaning for the stairs and upstairs rug.
