  • Excelente ubicación en el centro de Pismo Beach. A 50 yardas de la playa y a una cuadra del muelle con vistas parciales. Esta casa (no condominio / casa) está en el centro de Pismo Beach. (No está en Pismo State Beach o Oceano. Tenga cuidado, ya que algunos anuncios anuncian Pismo Beach cuando no lo están) Camine a todo. Juega en la playa y vuelve a casa para usar el baño.

    Casa remodelada de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños con vista al mar. La casa tiene capacidad para 6 personas y nuestra ocupación máxima es de 8 personas. California Vacation Rentals también posee la casa de al lado que también tiene 4 dormitorios / 3. Casa de 5 baños que tiene excelentes vistas VRBO # 127874 y una casa de 6 habitaciones VRBO # 87222. Nuestra casa está al otro lado de la calle del nuevo hotel de lujo Vespera.

    La casa está increíblemente decorada con azulejos y murales pintados a mano, encimeras de losa de granito, cocinas completamente surtidas, HDTV Samsung de 46 'con DVR y DVD, y estacionamiento en garaje. Esta es una casa, NO un condominio pequeño. Las habitaciones tienen un rey, una reina y una reina. Utilizamos sábanas y edredones Peacock Alley que se lavan profesionalmente después de cada estadía.

    La ubicación es perfecta ya que está a una cuadra del muelle y del centro. Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación !!! Pismo Beach es una playa prohibida para vehículos, por lo que usted y sus hijos pueden caminar y jugar con seguridad en la playa.

This property is great. Just about everything you need is supplied. Great location to access pier and downtown. Walking distance to everywhere you would want to go. Definitely going to book this house again.

Ocean was visible from the living room and within walking distance to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the use of beach toys in the garage.

Loved our trip. We have been coming to Pismo for years and this was a great location! Did not have to drive our car to go anywhere for the whole time we were here. All of our favorite places were in walking distance. Can see the ocean and a short walk to the beach. Loved the parking/garage and used the chairs and sand toys they had in the garage.

Had a great long weekend stay here! The pictures and posting are exactly as we found the home - you can see the waves and beach from the living room. The house and all the linens were very clean. Perfect location. This is closer than even a block from the beach as there is only one property between the house and the boardwalk. Easy walk to everything. Loved the garage and the beach toys in it. We had worried about noise from the hotels in the neighborhood, but was never an issue at all. We ate several meals on the patio table outside and we loved that we could walk right out onto the patio. We'll stay here the next time we are in Pismo.

Superb location a block from the beach at pismo. The property is clean, comfortable with comfortable beds and everything you need. And a garage !

Property in a great location. However the property was worn down and in need of some love. Paint falling off walls and ceiling, stains in the beds, very rusted table on patio, ac didn’t work and the house got very stuff if there was no breeze. All that being said, you can’t beat the location. I’d stay there again. Hope next time the issues are resolved.

Perfect location, walk to all your main Pismo favorites. Dedicated parking for small SUV, a bonus. Comfortable floor plan & a clean welcoming space; bed linens & down comforters were luxurious, thank you! Amazing water pressure & temperature from showers. Patio out front so enjoyable, on a cul-de-sac with minimal car & foot traffic. The ocean, right there!!! And stair/ramp access to the beach :) Perfect!!
