This place was awesome. Short waking distance to downtown. It was beautiful and super clean. We will definitely try to stay there again.

Since we travel with family, and extended family, we rent all three condos, A, B, and C. The remodel of the units have made them even more user friendly, and everything is within walking distance.

Once we parked we were done with the cars. Close enough to walk everywhere, beach, pier, restaurants.

Nice experience

Property location was fantastic, lots of room! Floors needed to be mopped, left the bottom of bare feet pretty dirty. Other then that everything was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! We have stayed here a few times and love it. This year had a few misses but we will definitely be back next year! (BBQ was a mess with grease everywhere and we ran out of propane while BBQING on the 4th of July! Garage door opener didn’t work. Seemed to be a lot fewer basic kitchen amenities as in the past.)

It is very spacious and comfortable and offers gorgeous views of the ocean. It is a close walk to many restaurants which we took advantage of and also an easy walk to the beach. The property management company was quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice location - perfect for family

The only negative about this property is the parking spaces - don’t try to drive your full size pickup and expect to be able to park - it’s really tight - we were fortunate that there was no other vehicle parked next to us or we wouldn’t have been able to park on the property.

Great Christmas week stay!

We had an incredible stay during the week of Christmas at this beautiful townhouse! The home was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group, and the large table in the kitchen which was perfect for seating all 8 of us comfortably. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and multiple coffee shops/restaurants, with stunning ocean and sunset views, especially from the second floor. Kitchen could have been a bit more stocked, as there was only salt and pepper for spices, but overall, we made it work and were able to use the available cooking supplies for our Christmas meals. PS there was a crack in the kitchen window that was present before we arrived, but the rental company is already aware of this.

Amazing location and updated

This property is beautiful! The location is great, my son is only 2 and my daughter 6 and the property felt safe for them. It is close to downtown Pismo and made getting to the beach and restaurants easy. My only complaint is the cleanliness. When we arrived and took off our shoes to walk in, you could feel the sand on the floor. Then, that night, when we went to lay in bed, the sheets were gritty and felt dirty. I did let CVR know right away, but just vacuumed the floors and washed the sheets myself. I am thinking that it didn't get cleaned thoroughly because I showed up at 3:30pm and check in isn't till 4pm, so maybe they felt rushed while cleaning. We will be back next year to this property!

Very nice condo for a Pismo Beach getaway!

The condo is as described, and the airy feeling given by the high ceilings was a nice surprise. The furniture was very comfortable including the popular recliner. The decor was peaceful. Spacious kitchen and bathrooms. All wonderful. Just two blocks from the beach, Pismo Beach's plaza, and shopping, it was the perfect location for our grandkids...and us grownups, too.I had a couple of questions for the management company, and they were answered promptly. We'd stay there again.

It could have been cleaner as the floors are always sandy. It seems poorly stocked for family vacation needs too. It was better stocked a few years ago, with pots, pans, serving items, etc. A few things needed to be repaired!

Great long term stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great visit and stayed long enough to get to know Cherie, Ken and Jose. Every call was received and responded to quickly. The washing machine was on the blink for a bit, the repair guy came out quickly, and took care of business. The parking is always a challenge, but the team was quick to address any issues that arose with neighbors. Highly recommend Coastal Vacation Rentals and the properties they manage.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In a time where every property highlights their sanitization practices I was very disappointed to find that the master bedroom comforter and bed spread had not been laundered prior to our arrival. While the bed was neatly made the bedding smelled of vomit. Yes, somebody had thrown up in the bed at some time before and the same bedding was put back on the bed. The entire room was filled with the odor.The management company took care of the problem when notified the following day but, the experience obviously caused me to question everything about the place.
