“I stayed for three nights. The hotel was far better than I expected for such a low price. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and with the great kitchen and would be perfect for a much longer stay. It had a flat screen TV, which was unexpected, and the bathtub was very big. “The 2 males at reception (from SA and Scotland) were very friendly and hlepful. Anna was very rude and unhelpful. I overheard her telling guests that there is no wifi at the pool area, when there was. Rooms very comfortable and equipped well with lovely soft towels. “Property was clean, service was excellent. Had an initial problem with the unit I was given. It was not the flat I rented from your site. From the pictures on your site, I had a desk in the master bedroom and a bathroom with a tub. That was not what we were given. After contacting the Front Desk, Mr Socrates found an adequate Unit for my family to move to the following day. ”

We were in the studio and it was very big - fully equipped kitchen, very comfy bed & couch and a good bathroom with shower plus a small balcony wirh furniture.. “Heel leuk is het wandelpad langs de zee en de locatie van dit hotel, mits huurauto. Zelf verbleven we in een 'villa', huisje langs het hotel. Op zich prima, alleen wat achterstallig onderhoud en een terras zonder enige inspiratie.. Het personeel is ook wel heel vriendelijk, zwembad prima, poolbar ging pas onze laatste dag open dus kan ik weinig op zeggen.. we hebben een fijne vakantie gehad! ”

“I went to the villa/house for just under five weeks. I had some time on my own, some with a friend and some with my husband. We all loved the house. The pool was kept spotlessly clean, it was 28-30 deg all the way through apart from the first day or two which was 26/27 and still warm enough to swim. "Sincerly, it was for me and my family the worst experience in our entire life. Firstly, King Evelton is far away to be a 5 stars hotel, the hotel needs an immediate down grade to maximum 3 stars. Personal has no politeness, no sense of customer care, service is unbelievably horrible, as for example this case among so many that happened, we ask two times for the TV to be check and none shown up to fix it during the whole stay. The hotel is dirty, completely dilapidated, fresh towels provided are dirty, the list is too long... Regarding the food, disappointed again. No fresh juice as well. So disappointed, promoting such hotel as a 5 stars is in my opinion a misleading advertising which lead the customers to book the worst hotel I've ever went to, this is unacceptable. To be honest, I usually do not comment about the hotels but this time I had to, I highly do not recommend King Evelton, avoid it to all cost. I hope this will help others in the future. This Hotel is a joke!"
