I was highly disappointed and left part way through my stay. First, it was too cold. The remote for the split AC unit was marked "AC Only" so I did not think it could be used for heat. There is no thermostat in the unit to control the temp. I called and the host turned up the thermostat and made it comfortable. However, with Pittsburgh weather, it warmed up the next day and was then way too hot. Another call to have that adjusted. The final straw was when I called in the morning to tell them that the people in the upstairs unit were playing loud music at 2 in the morning and they said they could not do anything about that. Why then do they stress having noise sensors in the units if they are not willing to take any action on it. The internet was wonky: my phone connected to the satellite in the unit with the supplied password, my iPad could only connect to the satellite with the admin password, and my laptop could only connect to the upper unit. All routinely dropped my connection as well. I left half way through my stay. The reimbursement went smoothly.
