The bathrooms being on the second floor was the only issue we ran into, but the house was immaculate, a comfortable temperature in the summer heat and felt like home right away.

Steeler Weekend

Everything was great - you need more forks :) there were only 7 of them and we were a party of 8. Otherwise well situated. Of course parking is a bit of a challenge with more than 2 cars, but understand it's just how it is. We figured it out.

Weekend trip to visit our son

We had a great stay while visiting our son in Pittsburgh. The house was immaculate and was only a few blocks from restaurants and fun bars. An added bonus was being able to park in the garage without worrying to find street parking. We would definitely stay there again when we return.

Southside Stay

The property was in a great locastion. We really enjoyed the outdoor space during our stay. The sleeping arrangements were as expected. The only real complaint was that there were no blackout curtains on the first floor so it seemed very light in that room. I would recommend this house if you visit the Southside of Pittsburgh. Go Dukes!

Excellent Stay

Everything was great!! Wonderful charm to the home and attention to detail for traveling guests was top notch! We would stay again and recommend to others! Walking distance yo restaurants and quick drive to everything. Garage was a plus!

Overcharged

The price we paid to stay at this VRBO was definitely upcharged to begin with (as it was many places for the Taylor Swift concert in town that weekend). After leaving, the host of the house charged me extra for a pet fee, claiming that she found pet hair, for which I responded we did not bring any pets. She then claimed it was due to “extra cleaning” for a few pieces of large sized glitter that was missed. I already paid a cleaning fee (and an additional guest fee even though we were at the allotted number of guests listed), and felt as though I shouldn’t have to pay anything additional, since the cleaning was clearly not done from the previous tenant. Unfortunately VRBO customer service was unable to assist and my card was charged. Avoid the headache and do not book.

Beautifully renovated Southside Rowhome

Great location to Carson Street and a really nicely renovated old townhome. HVAC (heat) was a bit inconsistent between rooms and floors, but otherwise no complaints. We enjoyed our weekend!

Amazing Rental Home!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was in a great location on South Side near all the bars and restaurants. The home itself is very clean and spacious, and the neighbors were very friendly! This would be a great space for friends and family to stay. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Nice place

House was beautiful and clean. Fun sitting outside at night. Stairs were a little steep. Bedrooms were very spacious. Plenty of places to eat however the places that we went in all had very limited menus with mostly pub style bites. Not sure this is all year round. Very much enjoyed this house.

Absolutely recommend!

Beautiful home. Great location within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and bars. Enjoyed the backyard space and was the perfect spot for our larger group weekend away. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others.

Beautiful home!

The house is beautifully updated and had all the amenities you could need on a trip. The house is walking distance to food and shopping, we enjoyed local coffee shops and a street fair on our trip. The back street to the garage was a challenge for our large suv, so plan to navigate street parking if you bring a similar vehicle. The owners were prompt with communications and very helpful.
