Absolutely terrible. My brother and I arrived in Pittsburgh late at night to find out the key-safe box to get the keys for our room has been knowingly broken for weeks and no one on cozy suites side has done anything about it. We were on the phone with customer service till 1 am to find out that they could do nothing for us and offered to only refund us part one night. We were stranded and needed to now get a hotel room for double the price for 8 hours till the leasing office was open to grab an extra key. Once in the leasing office, we spoke to a few other people who had the same issues with horror stories. I’ve attempted to get just the remaining balance refunded of what we paid for the hotel , which was their fault, and they won’t do it. Miserable. The building staff was great but cozy suites is god awful and I’ll never use them again.
