When we arrived, the window that leads to an alleyway full of dumpsters was open (no screen). The unit looked nice, but there was what we suspect to be rat poo under the bed which left an unpleasant smell. There was also a large urine stain on one of the comforters provided. We contacted cozysuites and they were fast to respond and offer a solution. Their cleaners came and cleaned the rat poo and replaced all the bedding. The unit smelled much cleaner upon our return. The floors were very dirty, we had to resort to wearing our shoes while walking around at all times otherwise our feet were black. The AC also didn’t work well, we could feel air flow but we set the thermostat to 68 and the temp stayed between 78-80 the entire stay. Overall, the unit has some good potential. Cozeysuites customer service was efficient but the cleanliness needs some major work. The location was good for a quick walk to PNC park and lots of restaurant options nearby.
