Registered Guests Only
Only registered guests may stay overnight. No unapproved visitors may remain after hours or use guest amenities. Day visitors are limited to 4, with a total cap of 10 people on the property at any time.

Use at Your Own Risk
Guests accept all risks related to property use. Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or lost/stolen items.

Chore-Free Checkout®
No cleaning is expected or required—simply start the dishwasher before you leave. Excessive messes may incur a $65/hour additional cleaning fee.

No Late Checkouts Without Approval
Late departures disrupt cleaning and turnover. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $50 per 30 minutes.

Flexible Rebooking Policy
If you cancel outside the refund window and we rebook your dates, we’ll refund any rebooked nights—because we don’t believe in double-dipping.

No Daily Housekeeping
The home is fully cleaned and stocked before your stay. Mid-stay cleanings are available for an extra fee.
